I have worked with Right Now Air and Solar for the past 4 years in property management.Nothing says professionalism more than this team and their work!From start to finish they were prompt (arrived early and were ready to work), professional (cared for the home as if it was their own explained things to maintenance and the resident), with quality workmanship (the work areas were all cleaned, checked to make sure everything functioned).As a property manager I appreciate a business relationship such as this from the quality service technicians that diagnosed the issues, to the installation team, the office, and dispatchers, where would we be without you?Very uncomfortable from the Heat or Cold!

Outstanding service. My wife and I were having issues with 3 year old A.C unit. My wife called Right Now AIR & Solar a little earlier than 5pm and Ramon came out the next morning. Ramon was extremely knowledgeable and outgoing while remaining professional. The best service we've received in a very long time. Pricing was great compared to others who take advantage and over charge you. We will definitely continue to give our business to this company. Thank you!

Wyatt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the issue and fix it during the same visit. It was a Saturday and I originally booked an appointment for Monday online. They called me after booking the online appointment and said they could come the next day on Sunday. I always have great experiences with this company.

We were having a spot of trouble with our AC, which also needed a tuneup, so we called Right Now Air. I spoke with both Adam and Amy and they were very accommodating with information and scheduling. They sent out Ramon to check out our unit - who was professional, knowledgable and thorough. Our problems were resolved and the tuneup completed without any trouble.We have had them around multiple times before and will definitely continue to call on them for our HVAC needs.

We have always received amazing service from every technician with Right Now Air! Adam, Allen, and Jose were quick to respond when we inquired on an issue at our home. We appreciate the thoroughness and efficiency of each technician, and would recommend them to anyone for solar and heating/air. We noticed our solar stopped producing energy and within 24 hours, the problem was solved after they made a house visit and fixed the equipment! Thanks, ya’all!!

Everyone from the initial tech who diagnosed my old system as needing replacing after trying everything to get the old on started, to the design tech who recommended me a system, the the back office staff, to the installers who were able to knock out the job in a day - I always felt like that they had my back. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and always available to talk options through.There were some small discoveries and additional work where I knew they lost some money but in all occurrences, they just took care of it which I very much appreciated.

Tech Kevin was on time and very thorough.He walked me through our unit, showing me pictures, and explaining in detail exactly what he found. And what he recommended. He did not try to upsell me or pressure in anyway. He was Very pleasant and thorough..We haven’t had any actual work done on this unit. We are still mulling over estimates and options. But I have used Right Now Air in the past, they installed a quiet whole house fan that we absolutely love. It makes the summers in Vacaville bearable.The office staff who answered the phone and set appointments, and give info are always pleasant and helpful also.

Came out within a day of request to evaluate and unclog my line which was leaking into my floors. Wyatt was professional and told me what to expect when they come out for any evaluation next Saturday to make the bigger repair and possible options moving forward. The roof lead, Taylor Patton, was polite and explained the areas of the house that they’ll be working on and how many team members were going to be helping. Before he entered my home, he asked if I wanted him to take his shoes off. He was patient and polite and waited for me to get my dog situated. Taylor also explained that the technician that will be going up in the crawlspace will make sure to clean up behind before he leaves. He alerted me when, the work was done and explained what they did before he left.

They went above and beyond their scope of job, they took the time to clean out my gutters as they were packed with dead leafs plugging her gutters . They both need a pay raise for the new year. HVAC professionals who are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our problem was quickly diagnosed, then explained so I could understand it, and then repaired. Thank you very much.On Wednesday, 9/27, Ken came out for a site inspection prior to the heat pump install. Thank you Ken for your thoroughness and patience answering our questions. It made a difference.On Tuesday 10/3, Ricky and crew came out and installed the heat pump. It’s a tough job and a long day, but they did great. Patient and persistent and thorough, with attention to detail. And sealing all the ducts was great. And thank you for answering our questions throughout the day. All your hard work is much appreciated.On Monday 10/30 Ricky came out to troubleshoot a ‘heat pump in heating mode blowing cold air out the vents’ problem. In 10 minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem - a building inspector had checked fuses in a fuse box for the compressor, but when putting the fuses back in the fuse box had not seated them correctly. Thank you Ricky, great job.December 2023We have a 2 zone air source heat pump. Recently had a problem where the register air flow in one of the zones was reduced to 10% of normal, and the ecobee thermostat displayed the message, “aux heat has been disabled to save on energy costs”Note to reader: we do not have auxiliary heat to the heat pump,So Ricky and Ken figured out that aux heat had been incorrectly configured on the ecobee thermostat (along with some aux heat settings), so there was a call for aux heat when none was available. This eventually resulted in the thermostat message “aux heathas been disabled…” message and the reduced air flow in one of the zones.When aux heat was removed from thermostat configuration and related settings adjusted, zone air flow returned to normal.Thank you Ken and Ricky.April 2024In the 2 zone configuration, with the downstairs zone ON but idle, the upstairs zone got a call for heat. Upstairs zone then heated to completion and stopped normally. Now the downstairs zone got a call for heat, turned ON, but the zone’s airflow was reduced to about 35% of normal.This problem was not easily reproducible.When the problem was finally able to be reproduced at will, Ken was able to diagnose it as a bad air duct damper. There are 2 dampers, and 1 damper had a bad motor/spring assembly that was (sometimes) preventing the damper from fully opening.The damper assembly was replaced and the airflow to both zones is functioning normally. Our heat stopped working 2 days after Christmas. Right Now came out right after we called. When the part wouldn’t be available until the next day they brought us 2 powerful space heaters to use so our little ones wouldn’t freeze and we could stay at home. They came first thing the next day and completed the install. Great experience with them like always.
