After a year+ of fighting with my insurance company, I was beginning to lose hope that storm damage on my roof would ever get fixed. A lot of companies flat out refused the take a roof job that involved an insurance claim. After calling a dozen or so companies I found RSI. Mike from RSI assured me that they could not only give me a top of the line roof but he would help me talk with my insurance and educate them on roofing code. Within a short time I had a full roof replacement - on a 108 year old craftsman with a steep roof - and the insurance covered the entire job. I cannot recommend the guys at RSI enough. If you are looking for a roof give these guys a call!

I have used RSI many times. I personally believe they are the most customer service oriented roofing company in Solano County. They have great prices, a great staff, informative & educational techs. RSI is involved in many community building projects and does a lot to support our local community. If you need a new roof, or just some repairs done - you won't go wrong giving them a call! We found Roof Solutions, Inc. to be honest, thorough, and professional in our recent roof and solar installation. Mike did not try to oversell us on things we didn't need, while making sure that all of our objective/concerns were met on the things we did need. RSI identified with us the extensive damage from the original roof, warped and rotted wood which was very visible, and replaced all of these problem areas. Now those areas look fabulous as well as our new roof and solar. Bottom line we love our new roof and solar and would definitely recommend this company.

After winter 2023 rain/wind storms our residential roof lost shingles and we sprang a leak. A friend recommended Roof Solutions and Aaron W. began working with us and our insurance company. Months later, we negotiated a partial insurance settlement. Originally they rejected the claim but Aaron was tireless (like a Bulldog!) in his efforts to convince our insurance company sending emails, pictures, research stats, calling... He is stellar at his job, always responsive to our calls/texts, always in our corner. When the roof replacement finally began, the roof crew were equally amazing, even working in brutal temperatures. The crew always cleaned up after each day’s work to ensure that the area was free from debris and nails (our dogs never stepped on a stray nail!). We won’t need another roof for 20+ years but if we ever need anything for our roof, Roof Solutions will be the Company we will call. Excellent people, excellent work! Thank you Roof Solutions!

Roof Solutions is The Best! We had them out a few years ago to fix up our roof and install new gutters with leaf guards. They did a spectacular job in every way - excellent work, on time and on budget. And they just came out again for same-day service to reposition a fallen tile before it rained. Another plus is the entire team from the owner, Ray Ragsdale, to the work crews to the office staff is super nice and wonderful to work with. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We received estimates from three companies, and they were the cheapest and could complete the job the soonest. Where to begin? ... Aaron Wittmers, the Project Manager, came out to take a look at our roof. He was personable, listened to our situation, thoroughly answered our questions and concerns, provided a very comprehensive proposal. Mr. Wittmers was able to fit our job into our time frame and in-between rainy days to boot. The crew was amazing! A crew of three came in Wednesday morning, tore off the old roof, repaired a couple of rot areas, and nail the new roof on in just three days! Mateo and his guys worked together like clock work throughout the whole process, including clean-up after they were finished. We have already had neighbors taking pictures of their business sign in our front yard for doing work on their homes and for recommending to their peeps. Great job Roof Solutions, Inc.!!!! We highly recommend going with this company if a new roof is in your future.

My RSI experience was shockingly good. After several bad contractor experiences, the RSI team clearly set expectations, showed up on time, completed projects in the estimated time, and answered all my questions. There were a couple small bumps along the way that I was not expecting (probably my own fault), and RSI made things right incredibly quickly. My PM had a ton of empathy, treating us like he would want to be treated. Highly recommend RSI.

The entire team was incredible. From the front office follow up to the final completion. We needed an completely new roof due to a massive rain leak that damaged the interior of our home. They were quick to respond to patch the leak to prevent further damage until they were available to do the full installation. The entire team was kind, courteous and willing to work through every aspect of what we needed with no surprise costs or unnecessary additions. Roof Solutions Inc just completed our residential re-roofing job in Davis, CA, and I am a very happy camper! Our job was large and complex, so I got four bids, which were all roughly the same--but only RSI provided a high degree of detail and specificity in their bid, so we weren't killed later, by "change-orders." RSI was on our roof for over 10 days, with up to four workers, but every evening, they picked up the debris, and left the place near-spotless. Our job entailed a large amount of wood-rot replacement and they performed near-flawlessly, sometimes during very long summer work-days of up to 12 hours, during hot-spells of over 100 F. If you want a "feel"for the high quality of work they perform on jobs, just drive over to their business location on Pace Lane in Vacaville--and take a look around! This is not a dingy commercial-warehouse hangout! This is a neat, clean, high-class, & professionally-run operation, for sure! But for my wife and I, the best part of the job they just completed for us, was the 100% financing RSI got us through Travis Credit Union, with nothing down and no lien filed on the house; also, the interest rate and loan term were so "friendly" that I won't even state them here, in case we were only "rewarded" due to our superior credit scores. In short, if you need a new roof in this area, I highly recommend giving RSI at shot at the job; we're very glad we did, and would definitely use them again!--RD 17 Aug 2023.
