I had a very time sensitive quote that I requested from all Pro for the purchase of a home , I chose them because of their good reviews …. BEWARE and sift through to the bad reviews I believe them now . They called me the day of my quote at 12:50pm when the appointment was scheduled at 1pm and said the tech was in Colorado Springs and wouldn’t be there until later . Closer to 3 I had to call and tech still didn’t bother to tell me he’d be later than 3 now . Super unprofessional and horrible time management and disregard for their customers .I had to cancel and call an emergency company to come out to quote me since I didn’t know if their tech was even going to make it . This cost me money and more time as it needed to be done that day since I was under contract to meet the deadline . Even planning ahead with all pro and they still dropped the ball , find another reliable company .

We had a toilet that overflowed because a certain little someone in our house flushed something he shouldn’t have. All Pro responded that night, was respectful of the fact we had kids that needed to go to bed and came back to finish the next day. Thank you for your professionalism!

This is to highly recommend All Pro Restoration for your next disaster! It's not often today that you find true customer service. Or a company and its employees who honestly CARE about the customer. But we were very lucky and called All Pro. I always felt we were the "roll with the punches" type of people, but a major plumbing disaster proved me wrong. Not only did All Pro respond immediately, but they spent the next 2 months mediating and restoring our home to its best condition. And they calmly listened when I freaked out - and they assured me and made me feel better. Jessica, Jon, Lori, Pat, AC, and their entire staff are experts in their field and are amazing to work with. It has been several years since my water loss but I still remember the great service I received from the office and the technicians who came to my home! Obviously my home was in disarray because it had water damage, but at no point was I ever confused about what steps were next.
