The installation team was also Outstanding … totally professional and extremely courteous. Hail damage July, 2023. Spoke with ten contractors and chose Hennessey after working with Donny. Upgraded to class 4 shingles free. Got the work done on time as promised. Work seems quality. Helped me work with insurance company. Only slight problem was gutter color was a few shades off. Not a biggie. This was particularly valuable for me as a first-time homeowner dealing with insurance claims. Hennessy Roofing had established partnerships with local businesses to handle the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels and replacement of skylight windows, saving me time and effort. Matt assisted in choosing the appropriate gutters and color for my home, considering future painting plans. Despite delays in gutter replacement and solar panel reinstalment, due to inclement weather, the team communicated effectively and completed the job in a timely manner. I meant to write this review a couple of months ago. Where do I start? Hennessey Roofing was the biggest blessing and saved the day for my 85 year old mother. Her roof was damaged in a hail storm over the summer, and learned her homeowner's insurance would not cover the cost of a roof replacement. She is on a very fixed income, and she was very worried about how she'd pay for this. After a run in with another company with whom she had a very negative experience, She was referred to Hennessey by a church member. They replaced her roof AT NOT COST to her... words cannot express how thankful she and I are for their extreme generosity and professionalism. I admit, I was initially skeptical- I'd never heard of a company to be THAT generous and giving- additionally, my mother had fallen prey to scammers in the past. However, Hennessey Roofing came through and was extremely kind and patient with both my mother and myself. PLEASE, give your business to this AMAZING company- they give back to the community in such wonderful, generous ways. We can never repay them for their generosity and kindness, but definitely want to spread the word of this amazing company.

When their first roofing crew backed out at the last minute, John and Tom at Hennessey Roofing went out of their way to bring in their no. 1 crew on a Saturday to install our steep metal roof. The crew worked non-stop all day and finished in the dark to get the job done for us before the first Fall snow fell. John was there to get them started in the morning and came back that night to help wrap up the work and inspect the job to make sure it met their company standards. There is no one in Colorado you want doing your roof except Tom and Dan with Hennessy Roofing, Colorado Springs and Dan’s Roofing located in Delta Colorado. Both are absolute professionals and from start to finish they handled everything. Dan, Tom’s father in law came and did all the initial eval, measuring etc since we’re located about 20 miles from Delta Colorado on the Western Slope. Then Tom took over and handled all the business end of it dealing with the insurance company and myself. Aside from weather related issues and insurance company, adjuster time lines; we began the process in December 2022 and today 3/4/23 the Hennessy Roofing crew arrived at 7:30 and by 5:00pm both house and garage were done. Over 3000 sq ft of roof, from tear off to finish. Looks great. I’m sure it will last well beyond my lifetime!Thanks to Tom, Dan and the entire crew of Hennessy and Dan’s Roofing.

Had a great experience with Hennessey Roofing. Tom is very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and knows how to deal with them. The insurance company originally only wanted to cover some patch work but Tom knew the damage was much more substantial and could advise on how to get the proper restitution. Although we wish the insurance company covered what they promised in the first place, we were happy that they eventually agreed to replace the whole roof. Our hail was so bad that some roof sheathing had holes punched in it or was falling apart, which we agreed needed to be replaced. The crew replaced a good chunk of the roof OSB and they still finished with plenty of daylight, in early January. Tom was concerned about our roof's integrity, not just how quickly they could get the shingles installed. We now have a solid roof that doesn't sink when walked on. Hennessey Roofing uses Malarkey shingles and are certified by the manufacturer.

Our newly purchase home had wind & water damage on sections of the roof, as well 3 layers of shingles adding to underlying issues. Our insurance accepted our claim for the damage. When we found Hennessey Roofing, they came in negotiated with the insurance to replace the entire roof including the attached garage. It took a few months, but once all the details were in place the supplies were delivered and 2 days later a crew of 7-8 arrived and had over 3,000 sq. ft. stripped, repaired and re-shingled in TWO days. The crew was fast, efficient & detailed. Even their clean-up was excellent, you would never know they were here, I haven't found a single nail in the yard or driveway.Hennessey Roofing had promised that the roof would be completed before "the snow flies" and they kept their promise. It snowed and inch a few days later and a week later we had 50+mph winds & rain. We have had No damage. Was looking for both a painting and roofing company to repair our house from hail damage. Found a painting company and asked if they knew a good roofer. Hennessey Roofing came highly recommended so I gave them a call. Stephan came out and looked over the roof. As we were discussing his findings, I mentioned that I wished there was a single company I could get to do both. He said he would like to run the whole show if I wanted so I turned everything over to him. That was without a doubt one of the best decision I've every made. He immediately contacted the insurance company and started working on the claim which was significantly below the needed cost. It took a little while but he got them to up their payment and was able to replace the shingles, guttters/downspouts and fireplace cover. The job they did on the roof was excellent and his coordination with the painter was flawless.
