Revised: Work was not done well, had to pay a few hundred out of pocket to a skylight specialist to reinstall our skylight that had snow flurries blowing into our house. Chris was out promptly after a hail storm took out our skylight. Now when it comes to numbers, they’re deceiving and won’t provide written estimates for fixes until the work is done. Was also told they can help with working in prices for deductible into their invoices to gain our business but after all is done, boldly claim it’s against the law then try to make you feel guilty that they upgraded you’re roof at no additional cost. But again, this what was casually brought up how they do this upgrade for everyone. We won’t use them again or recommend them but do as you will!

We started working with Restoration Colorado after finding out we had hail damage and wanted a Class 4 roof. They worked directly with our insurance and the adjuster to make the process as painless as possible. When it was all said and done, they had to replace the roof, gutters and repaint the house. They did an excellent job and their crews were friendly and quick. They took the time and effort to take care of all the small details. We were so impressed, we had them replace our internal skylight , back-splash in our kitchen and fix the support beam on our front deck that were improperly installed. The prices were very reasonable and their teams did an excellent job on everything. Couldn't be happier with them and will come back to them for my next project.

What a great company! Would definitely work with them again. I had a lot of hail damage to my roof, shed and a window after a severe hail storm. They replaced my roof and brought it up to code, which passed inspection the first time. They arranged to get the shed repainted and replaced the cracked window. Their attention to detail, professionalism and work ethic is unmatched! They left everything clean after every job. And best of all - Cecelia in the office kept me updated on every step, was always available for questions and she dealt with the insurance company for payments. I didn't have to do a thing, Restoration Colorado Roofing made this a stress free and easy process. Thank you so much!!

Restoration Colorado Roofing was incredible when I had to replace my roof a while back. The office staff was incredibly helpful and did all they could to get us the best products are the best price. Very friendly and helpful and concerned about the job being done correctly. They dealt professionally with our insurance company to get everything covered, including work that had to be done that wasn't on the original claim.Their patience, professionalism and knowledge in handling everything quickly and efficiently took mountains of stress off of my husband and I as we went through the process of getting our roof replaced.I would STRONGLY recommend Restoration Colorado Roofing to anyone needing ANY type of work - interior or exterior - done. The most honest roofing contractor I’ve ever met. Chris came to investigate a leak that may have been coming from my roof. After inspecting my roof and using an infrared camera he was able to determine that roof was not leaking. He had the integrity to tell me my roof was in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced, I had two contractors before try to sell me a roof I didn’t need. Honesty in construction is so hard to come by, I will definitely be using Restoration Colorado for all my future roofing needs! Thanks again!

Restoration Colorado Roofing was a great company to work with to restore my home back to its original condition. Even though their company name might imply only “roofing” they are a FULL SERVICE restoration company for both roofing as well as restoring ALL INTERIOR AS WELL AS EXTERIOR damage to your home!A large branch fell from my cottonwood during the May 2022 snowstorm and punched two wholes in my roof, and then snowmelt came through the holes the next day and found its way through my dining room popcorn ceiling. Cecelia of Restoration Colorado took my distress call and arranged for emergency tarping. Rich S. was assigned as my front-line coordinator and was very responsive in coming out to apply an emergency tarp –I remember he even padded the bay window roof edge to prevent damage as he and an assistant carefully removed the offending branch (and all others!) from my roof.He was extremely helpful and professional in coordinating everything with my insurance company, even coming to my home when the adjuster came (I barely had to do anything!). When the disaster team adjuster prepared the claim, he mistakenly included only shingle repair of the actual area of the holes; Rich S. patiently and thoroughly explained (with included pictures) to the insurance company that a simple hole patch could not be guaranteed to never leak and to make a no-leak guarantee the shingles from below the holes all the way to the roof ridge needed to be replace. With his explanation and accompanying pictures, the insurance company approved extension of the claim. Then Rich went “above and beyond” and managed to find matching shingles, when my color had been discontinued for several years!The roofing company he sent out (didn’t get their name) and the crew for ceiling drywall replacement and re texturing/painting of my popcorn ceiling (NOT easy to do! Kudos to M-G Painting!!) were all thorough, and very professional companies.I really do thank Restoration Colorado Roofing's Rich S. for his thoroughness and kindness during this stressful interval. Whenever I had a question or concern, if he was unavailable to immediately answer, he always quickly returned my call or e-mail and even came out on a Saturday to assess my concerns.I’ll ALWAYS contact Restoration Colorado Roofing for my disaster response needs as well as any future standard roofing needs. Restoration Colorado Inc. recently coordinated a fairly large hail damage claim for me. My roof was replaced, my gutters, chimney cap, and sunroom. They have the most outstanding customer service. They show up when they say they will, they always kept me informed of the schedule, the crews were very good about cleaning up, and they assisted me in dealing with both the insurance, my mortgage company, and the sunroom company.Whatever I needed, I simply asked and they made it happen. I have recommended them to friends, family and total strangers. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know as honestly, I have never in my life dealt with a contractor as on top of things as Restoration Colorado, Inc. I own a rental home in Colorado Springs, Colorado and it sustained severe damage due to a hailstorm in 2015 and Restoration Colorado replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts. Their work was beautifully done and they coordinated everything with both my insurance company and property management company.Incredibly, a SECOND hailstorm hit the Springs exactly a year later, in 2016, and this time, my house sustained even more severe damage. I couldn’t believe it happened a second year in a row. Once again, I decided to hire Restoration Colorado, because they did such a good job before. I paid them in full once they completed the job, because I wanted them to have their money. They not only did a perfect job for me, but when they discovered that my insurance company would not reimburse me for the additional repair costs, they sent me a check to refund me the portion that my insurance company would not pay. They are a small company with a big heart. I highly recommend them.

Restoration Colorado Roofing (RCR) was instrumental in helping us repair the significant hail damage we experienced during the June 2019 hailstorm. RCR are experts and helped us tremendously, from working with our insurance agent to scheduling repairs around our busy schedule which involved traveling out of town. Cecilia is a rock star! I hope nobody ever has to deal with a mess like this, but if you do I highly recommend using this contractor.

I called because I had a wet spot on my ceiling, but we did not know exactly where it was coming from. They where very professional, showed up on time, and identified the problem quickly. Instead of quoting me some huge amount and insisting that it be done that way he tried the simple fix first. Informed me that it may or may not work and if it didn't they would come back out to give me the estimate for the larger fix. I really appreciate a company that dosn't nickel and dime their customers. They have earned my loyalty and if I need roof repairs done they will be my first call!Service: Roof inspection

A few years ago when we had a terrible hailstorm I was accosted by numerous roofing companies telling me my roof needed replacing. They were all very pushy. My insurance wouldn't cover it because they said the roof wasn't damaged. One of the companies even exchanged words wth the insurance agent while I was standing there— highly uncomfortable. I called several companies during that time, and Restoration Roofing was one of them. They were the ONLY company (out of about five) that said the roof is older but is still holding up and explained everything to me. A few years later, we had another hailstorm. I called Restoration again to have it checked. They did say there were a few areas of concern but nothing that would need replacing the whole roof. They patched a fairly large area so seamlessly that you cant even tell there was anything done to it and it was only a few hundred dollars. Clearly with the numerous snows and rains the roof has experienced, and not leaked yet, they have been correct. While I know my roof is on its last legs, when it finally blows, this is the company I will be calling to replace it. They have been nothing but polite, professional and from the work I have already seen, their work is impeccable. The fact that they weren't willing to capitalize on a weather misfortune, and be honest in their assessment means alot to me.
