Chaz and his team at Summit Restorations did a wonderful job on my bathroom renovation. What started out as a simple job quickly became a much bigger project than what I had originally planned on. Throughout my decision changes Chaz was incredibly flexible. He offered his professional advice throughout the process and I think he really nailed the finished product. I could not be happier. We converted a tub with vinyl surround to a tiled walk-in shower as well as installed a double vanity and removed a half wall. When I decide to do another home renovation I will definitely reach out to Summit Restorations again!

Chaz and his team did a great job helping out with our remodel. We had a lot of odd and end jobs we needed finished and he was willing to take on every job, no matter how small. My experience with Summit Restorations was excellent! Chaz was on top of things throughout a shower install, done beautifully and timely and then onto a tiled hearth in the living room. My wife and I live in St. Louis but we own a condo in Keystone that we rent to others. We learned through our HOA that water from our shower & tub was leaking into the unit below. Initially, we had a plumber go out to troubleshoot. He told us that it wasn’t a plumbing problem but a tile & grout problem.We then searched Google to find a tile specialist near Keystone. We learned that Chaz was the only tile specialist in the area available on Saturdays with consistently positive reviews.Chaz confirmed that the leak was caused by a tile & grout problem. He presented us with a plan that would fix all the problems. We added a few items to the plan including additional bathroom lighting, additional bedroom lighting, some drywall repair and a new faucet for the kitchen sink. Chaz prepared an estimate for us which we approved. Shortly thereafter, Chaz started buying supplies and began work on the bathroom.As the job progressed, Chaz kept us well informed on what was being done. He sent us pictures during every stage of the process.Now that the project is finished, my wife and I are very, very happy with Chaz’s work. His attention to detail is second to none. The whole shower & tub looks amazing. The kitchen sink is more user friendly. Finally, with the much improved lighting, the bedroom can actually be used for more than just sleeping and watching TV.To sum it up, it has been a pleasure to work with Chaz on the condo. Chaz with Summit Restoration met with me about the details of the job - what I needed completed - all interior walls and ceiling for a two condos with 10’ ceilings. The next day, painting began with his crew. The furniture, appliances, and woodwork were all protected. There was some detail work with multiple color changes that was executed perfectly. He worked around my schedule for furniture deliveries and rentals to make sure that everything was completed in the desired timeframe.The outcome was great. He’s more expensive but I didn’t need to micromanage at all. He takes time to complete the job, ask questions when needed to do it right the 1st time. We had a front entry zone remodeled to include a custom bench and shelf with woodwork to hold hooks. Overall the work done exceeded our expectations.
