Do not use roof deck. It has been a year and a half and three project managers in my project is still not done.Lest you think I'm tough on project managers that is not the case. My first two ended up in jail. My third hasn't called back since initially coming by and it's been over a month.I am over $40,000 into this project and still have unpainted fascia, painter's tape hanging in places too high for me to reach, and a number of other items on the punch list that I have to find for them every time we speak.When I reach out to roof tech I get no response or I get a statement not backed up by any action.When I asked to have my expectations set. For example, the following task will be complete on the following date. It doesn't happen. When I follow up I get an excuse.I just want to be sure nobody else has taken in by this group. With a brand new roof and a workmanship warranty of many years, I am of course nervous about who would even do the warranty work since I can't get people to finish the work they committed to.I even still owe them $1,000 and can get no satisfaction.Please consider carefully before even contacting these people.
