Jack was absolutely tremendous to deal with. The new roof and skylights are exactly what we wanted and look great. Although, there were some issues along the way. Jack and his team at White Castle went to extended lengths to work diligently with my husband and I to get everything rectified. White Castle is a big company but they make you feel like you are dealing with a family owned business.

We had contacted many other companies with not much of a response and some no response at all. Jack answered on our first call and every call after, we never had to leave a message. The roofers that they had sub contracted to do the work were amazing. They got everything done in two days. A huge shout out to Benito Construction all the way from NE. Over all the whole process was straight forward and everything got done very professionally.

Jack was awesome. The kind of person you want to do business with. Accurate bid, most competitive price (and I bid him against 7 other groups), and he had to deal with a ton of external obstacles that he plowed through and communicated excellently throughout the process. Wish I had more roofs to use Jack on, but this one will last quite a while because of the solid work. Ha!

We had 4 other bids done to replace our shingles. None of them felt right. We saw the White Castle commercial on tv and said, why not.From the very first encounter with Jack at White Castle, it was very noticeable of his professionalism, transparency, and knowledge. He’s an asset for White Castle no doubt. An excellent experience and company all the way around. We got on their schedule and it only took 2 days to completely tear off the old and replace with new and some upgrades.We would definitely recommend White Castle to take care of your roofing needs. Jack and his crew just finished our roof on 5-11. Couldn't be happier with the results. Shingles are the perfect color and Jack added a few improvements that the other roofing companies never even mentioned. Stripping the old shingles and installing the new only took 2 days. After spending the past year attempting to get a local (Montrose, Colorado) roofer who would A. Return my call. B. Show up at any time or even ever after I did finally get them to responded to me. C. Not want to be paid $500 up front just to come over and look at the house. Ed Becker of Roofing Plus is the only local company who did show up, and gave me a bid……but he is busy (that says something) and was unable to provide a date at that time. A good local contractor.Wanting a second bid, I found White Castle, new to Grand Junction, accidentally on the internet. They have been expanding to Colorado and have been in business since 1985 in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. Everything I described above was and is the exact opposite. I got the company superintendent to come down the day after I called, measured and satellite, walked everything, got me a professional detailed bid two days after, and came down again go over it in detail. Priced exactly what I expected and a date it would be done. They are busy as well, but wanting to please me, brought in a ten man crew from their Omaha facility (14 hour drive) just to do my job. I was still two weeks out as they had other jobs pending as well, but that is certainly going the extra mile!Team arrived early morning, ten man crew, professional, knew exactly what they need to do, started on a friday morning early, worked until dark (13 hours each day) finished the evening on Sunday. My job was large and complicated with four room sized dormers, two sloping patios front and rear, a Victorian Turret, and large mower shed. Job was perfect, zero issues. Could not have been better, and I have good friend would just retired as a roofer in California after 30 years, has done two homes for me……..so I know roofing.
