I enjoy checking out the plants at home depot every few weeks. Nice variety, good prices but, sadly, usually overwatered. It’s rather sad that they toss plants rather than discount them when in need of a little rehab. As for home repair items and gadgets, I generally shop at local hardware stores instead of big box stores.

The customer service, product knowledge, and overall experience is awful.Some days I need to go in for work. I’m in a collared shirt and nice pants. Everybody wants to help me. On days when I go in and I’m wearing dirty clothes, work boots, and really need to help, nobody even acknowledges me.The isles are cluttered with so many stacks of Special promotions. Sometimes it’s nearly impossible to get a cart down the aisle. When I do finally make it to the registers, the only option is self check out. They seem to have done away with the dedicated cashiers at the contractors desk. In the past there used to be employees in the parking lot collecting carriages and willing to help you load your purchases. I have not seen them in years. Perhaps a due of Covid, but it really is inconvenient trying to load bulky items alone.Forget about buying lumber here, one out of every 15 or 20 pieces is actually something that I can use.

Recently I purchased appliance package. The worker was great when I ordered it. Items get delivered and I realized the fridge was too big then I look on the paper and the wrong size was ordered and I specifically asked for a 33in wide fridge and a 36 was put on paperwork. After days talking with Depot, they said they can’t help me and I should try to sell the fridge. They won’t own up to their mistake and do a return. Guess I’ll be shipping at Lowe’s from now on.

After my trip to the local Home Depot I had decided to look for a new faucet for my sink, I ended up speaking to somebody named Victor who seemed very rude and bothered by me needing assistance finding what I had came in to buy. After being told “it’s over there” I was not able to find the one I was looking for or anybody else to help me. I was not able to make a purchase for what I was looking for. Very displeased.

So hard to find help. They may have alot of stuff but when it comes to getting assistance with something, good luck. No one was available to load and unload a bale 9f peat for me. They paged three times and no one showed up. I waited 20 minutes and gave up. My recommendation is to find a place that actually has staff working and go there.

This is probably one of the best home depot's I've ever been to, not the biggest, but the staff sets it apart.All the projects I have done and needed assistance with there's somebody knowledgeable to help me get it done, and get it done well, anytime I return something it's done with a smile.I'm lucky enough to live near this location!

Excellent location! A vibrant store that hosts home depot events and attends to the customers needs promptly. The employees are very informed and work together to help solve customer needs. The inventory is pretty well stocked and shelved, and whatever can't be found immediately can usually be located through the Customer Service Desk.

Dont ever order from home depot. They use a horrible delivery service. Every time we order from here there is always a problem with damaged items or items getting lost.

I've had a very frustrating experience with Home Depot and their third-party delivery company.They were supposed to deliver a refrigerator to a rental property of mine this past Friday. The company called and said they would be there in 30 minutes and then never arrived. I chose Home Depot because they were supposed to deliver it quickly compared to Lowes. I then called and they rescheduled for Monday. They never called Sunday with a time frame for delivery, so I had to call them. On Monday they showed up and delivered the fridge. They scratched the wood floors. Tore up a small piece of carpeting on the stairs and tore out the transition strip going into the kitchen. The fridge also had a couple small dents. I called and they did give a 10% discount on the fridge because of the damage and delayed service. They said they would put in a claim and respond within 48 hrs. It's been 5 day's and I have yet to hear from Home Depot regarding this. This is taking up far too much of my time and making me chase to resolve issues they created is frustrating. Very unsatisfied. I've used HD for quite a few times but will likely take my business to Lowes in the future unless remedied.

After waiting 30 minutes for an associate to ring out at pro desk, Scott came roughly 7:10am and rudely spoke over my foreman then cancelled the sale and took back the merchandise. Not the first time I have paid my guys to wait for a qualified associate. Thank you for wasting an hr of my guys time and not completing the sale. To answers Scott's question "can I help you?" Which he repeatedly spoke over my employee every time he opened his mouth. Yes, you can get my men out efficiently, and respectfully from now on!

Extremely unprofessional, they took my deposit for a van and have a confirmation number for it. Called the store the day before to confirm it and they’re telling us we are all set. They email the day of saying they canceled it with no explanation. We call to see what’s going on and she goes the person who ordered it before us are keeping it longer. We ask about other vans the rep is telling us there’s no other vans and is really not working with us. We ask if they can find a way to help us get one in Manchester she is again not working with us. We ask about the deposit and she said it’ll come back to your account after we canceled the reservation, telling us with no timeframe and no sympathy for this at all. Terrible customer service and basically told us “F U”. Didn’t even try to make this any easier for us after making an inconvenience that we did not cause.

They sold me 2 ceiling fans that never worked properly.. when I first tried to return them they. encouraged me to go through the manufacturer to remedy the situation. Ultimately the manufacturer couldn’t fix them and when I finally again returned them I was told the 90 day return period was up. $400 down the drain.

If you need to return anything with or without a hard copy receipt or using the online app (which allegedly records all transactions...it doesn't), they will honor your return MAYBE half the time.I had an issue with an expensive order which was not working properly after installation. I was informed to go through IT and the manufacturer. The manufacturer and HD took A LONG TIME to try to fix the items but they could not. I was told to return the items to the store as the only solution. Bringing it back, they said it was now beyond 90 days and you are SOL. It took well over 90 days just to get them to respond and troubleshoot the devices.Basically they said, we don't care about you as we already have your money. Oh, and in the interim, we put your local family owned hardware store out of business...oops!You get what you pay for as a community.

I ordered sheetrock which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When they found the mistake, they told me the order had been cancelled by there shipping, which was in another location. I told them I needed it today as I have contractors coming to install it. They assured me the mistake had been taken care of and it would be here today. Low and behold it is still cancelled, I have no sheetrock coming and what's worse is the money still hasn't been refunded so I have to continue to call and figure out how to get my money back. Come to find out they also have misplaced the shower head I ordered. I will never go to a home depot again. No regional manager you can speak to and there customer care line, which is the only reprisal, is a joke. They obviously don't want the complaints because they don't care. Never again.

I went here on Sunday and bought some copies of a key and some wood pellets for my stove. The man who helped me make the key, Jesse, was super helpful and kind. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who checked us out, but she was sweet and made what seemed like a mile-long line go incredibly fast. The man at customer service who helped me out later, Steve, was helpful in assisting me with figuring out how to use the finicky card reader. Everyone here was kind and I appreciated the help of such a hardworking team.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has great signage to help you find what you're looking for. If you need help with blinds or kitchen appliances or flooring, the staff is very helpful and able to price things out for you quickly. I've never not found what I was looking for in this store.

Just waisted money on 2 boards they cut to the wrong length. Apparently it’s my fault that they didn’t teach the guy working the saw how to read a tape measure. “Store policy” says I need to buy 2 more for them to mess up. I could have bought a saw and done it my self with the money I waisted on some one else’s mistakes.
