When you’ve been in a house for 28 years- some things get neglected. We ruined our sidewalk years ago by putting rock salt on the ice! We finally gave in recently and called a professional!! Eduardo construction LLC gave a great price, showed up immediately, workers were amazing and non-stop. They showed up by 8:15 daily and never left before 5. Eduardo was constantly in touch as was his office manager. They clean up after each day- yard was immaculate! We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them if you need any masonry work done. See before and after pictures! It’s amazing!!

I have had Eduardo and his team to my house two years in a row now and I plan on using them in the future for more projects around the house.So far they have installed 2,250 + sq feet of pavers / patio for me, finished a retaining wall, and just finished the patio around the in-ground pool.Always friendly, timely, and priced fairly.

Simply the best . Start to finish we had a great experience the best price we found, extremely quick, they were able to remove our stamped concrete and replace a large patio in a few short days with pavers. Read the reviews. Does not communicate or show up for work. Work is not up to code. After Eduardo said he was complete found boards not nailed down, no support for posts, privacy fence he installed fell down less than a week later. Posts hung over deck. Said it would be fixed after inspection but nailing down boards, using scrap wood for decking should not be an inspection issues. Yes it failed inspection and we had to hire a reputable contactor to fix their issues. Read all the reviews is all I can see there is no excuse for poor craftsmanship, not following up and

Eduardo and his team re-appointed the stones in my patio, secure it, power washed it and created a fire pit. It is absolutely gorgeous! They also did the same for my front stone walk way and steps. Eduardo repointed my front steps (cut out the old mortar between the bricks and re-do it) and reset a stone in the landing. Over the winter several cracks reappeared. He touts his one year warrantee, so I called the office to get him out to look at/fix the repair. Three times we've set up an appointment for someone to come out. Three times NO ONE has shown up.It really shows how little they care about their clients and their work.

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money and then disappear. My good friends Mom hired them OVER A YEAR AGO. They boarded up and tarped the front of her house where they were supposed to install a bay window. Every time she has asked for an update they give her the run around and then NEVER SHOW UP. She has already paid for the material and labor and they basically stole her money and won't return her calls, or finish the job. They left her in the freezing cold winter with a TARP on the front of her house. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Whenever they post a "new job" they claim to have completed on their Facebook page, they will delete our comments and then block us!! No wonder they don't have a review section on their company Facebook page. By reading other Google reviews just now, it appears that she is not the first victim of his scams!! There are MANY others they have done this to. I don't even know how they are still in business yet alone not in jail for stealing peoples money and screwing clients over. Please NEVER hire this so called company and tell everyone you know to do the same. I hope you get what's coming to you Eduardo Construction.

I used this company to remove and replace an old retaining wall. They were able to schedule me very quickly and the job was completed in just a few days. The wall looks absolutely amazing and the owners and the team have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Extremely happy with Eduardo and his team. This was our second time using them. He explained what was needed to complete our project and was able to start quickly. His guys arrived on time and finished earlier than I expected. His rates were incredibly reasonable as well.

I can not comment on their quality of work because I never had any work done by them. I can say the person who answered the phone was very polite and booked me an appointment for an estimate for some work I need done. I left work early to be home between 1-2 pm. Nobody came and at 230 I called back the two numbers available for them and left messages. No call back. I left work early to be home at 1 and actually lost money for the rest of the day. After reading other reviews I think I dodged a bullet on this one. Thank you for wasting my time.

We hired them to put in a cement patio with a certain color. They took several more weeks than quoted to do the project, because they often came late and only with a few men or only one worker and most days they only worked half days. When they finally did pour the cement, they forgot to mix the color in and it was recommended that we put the color on top, which they did. However, the entire walkway was not properly smoothed over with the cement, so the colored was applied unevenly and looked horrible and it cracked in a few places within a few weeks. They did come back to “fix” the problem, but it took several months and they never actually finished the job. I am very disappointed in the job. Eduardo was often very condescending and rude so I chose to communicate with somebody else who was very responsive, but ultimately the quality of the work was very poor and the job never really got finished..

This is a ZERO stars review. Eduardo ripped off our condo unit roof without ever verifying that it needed to be done in a first place. Any reputable contractor would ensure that replacing a roof is warranted. Instead, money talks to Eduardo and all he cared about was collecting money and not helping to solve the problem. Similarly, if you tell a surgeon to cut off your arm and he does it without ever asking any questions, ensuring it's the right thing to do, it is not a good doctor. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR if you value your money. The quality of his work is poor at best (needs fixes to what he did from day one) they rush and do not provide quality work, they are not reliable, once he started, he didn't finish and took over 2 weeks to come back and complete the roof, leaving it exposed to the elements. We questioned the protection they put up but were assured it would not leak. Well, it did leak through causing damage to the interior. It's been over a month, he refused to come back and fix his poor workmanship, yet is demanding payment. If you are still considering hiring him, he was told to replace the tar paper after it was exposed to the elements during the 2+ weeks, he didnt do it, instead in a rush to finish the job, he just put the shingles over the rippled tar paper. Look elsewhere, he is in a business of making a quick buck and not looking to help you out.

Please do your homework and read the reviews and BBB. I unfortunately did not do my homework and trusted my business to a local business and a minority, like myself, to support. Well they took my money and I spent months trying to get them to do my job and even get a response to my emails. When I finally had to take this matter to the justice system all they could say is "bad weather prevented us from doing work". In the meantime they spent their time during "bad weather" at the beach, out on the boat and traveling. Also doing other work. I have many text messages and email responses that I am more than happy to show anyone to prove how they operate. They were supposed to send me the money and said "check was sent Saturday" (a month ago) well, that was a lie also. I now have court on 11/20/19 to get my money back. My understanding is that they also owe $30,000 to a business that was selling bulk materials to them. They are frauds. I also know that another person used them and they had to hire another company to go behind them to fix their work that was falling apart. They did try to finish the work after I said I was taking them to court and I did decline it. I did not want bad work done nor did I want him back around since he was continuously trying to take me out and hitting on me being a married man to his office manager. Their business and personal life is a pure fraud and I am looking forward to my court date and hopefully get my money back before They move down south and continue their fraudulent scams.UPDATE: Court awarded me my refund on breach of contract not only did they not attend the hearing but the payment was due by 12/11/19. I am still chasing them around for payment and back to court I go for the next steps and small business investigation.

Had them install a driveway on my property. Took them six months. Then it literally fell apart. Cracked and crumbled . They sued me and won. The absolute worst experience with a contractor. This company is Awful!! Please do yourself a favor. Skip these Scam artists!

I am the HOA president at a 36 unit condo complex in Bristol. Eduardo and his crew just finished replacing roofs on two of our buildings. They came when they said they would and they completed the jobs on a timely basis. This company sucks. They don't provide a craftmanship work. Their stone work is very horrible, no standard like the stones are not level well. You could trip when the porch not leveled well. They stall all the work badly, with no good reason. They don't deserve one single star!

I called to set up a time for an estimate. They never showed up. When i confronted them on this they said it was in their calendar as the following week. An honest mistake. They came out the next day and looked at the project. He said he would email me an estimate within 24 hours. That was over 10 days ago. I have called every day for rhe last 5 days and they keep telling me they will have it for me later in the day. Still nothing! Last call today was to tell them this was last chance...if I did not hear back from them by the end of the day the opportunity would be gone to earn my business...now and in the future ($20,000 of work needed).I HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM AND EVEN CALLED AGAIN JUST TO GET A USELESS VOICE MAIL)I am probably better off as this has wasted 10 days, I am sure the job would have been worse.

Horrible by far the worst experience my family has ever experienced. Used twice, but no longer recommend this business. First job went pretty ok. But 2 years later discovering that the rotted wood that was suppose to be replaced or filled in with wasa filler priduct was never done. Paint is now peeling where wood on the Victorian continues to rot. Also painted garages without removing old pealing paint. Now I have hire a real painting company to redo the job on a 10 bay garage.This business man contracted with the nextdoor neighbor 1 year ago. Owner gave him a substantial down paymenta and has not done much more than scrape some old paint.He over books, takes jobs not in his wheelhouse, takes large monitary percentage down, takes months to complete job. Owner,Eduardo hounds you to sign a contract. Takes a large deposit and disappears, letting a job drag on for months, even a year. He comes across as a nice guy, but lies, cheats, is a con-man. The bathroom job on my house took 6 months. Had to constantly pin him down. Get someone to work on project. Says he sending someone. You sit around waiting and no one shows. This goes on day after day, week after week. So much of my time waisted. He says he will meet you somewhere to purchase supplies. You go, you wait, No show, No call. Finally contact and says had to pick someone up from a medical appointment. He constantly lies, fabricates, makes excuses and even has the oddasity to ask for more money upfront on the job before it was done. Also once called me and ask if he could borrow 5,000 to pay his workers. (Did not not lend to him). Next day he posts on social media he purchased a new vehicle for his business???? . My favorite one was when the toilet had to be installed in my nearly completed bathroom. Eduardo Said he had a guy. Eduardo was unable to furnish the guys plumbing liscence. Cost me more money to hire a plummer to install toilet and all other water related fixtures. Overall would not refer Company.

I have been waiting for a year for them to come back and repair a large section of siding that was put on too tight and warped. They blamed it on the suppliers product and said they were waiting on them to send them new product. Won't return calls or come and fix the poor installation.
