EXCELLENT workmanship and quality!!!! Rob and his crew constructed a screen-in patio enclosure for our family that exceeded our expectations. I was looking for a simple place to relax outside without getting burnt from the sun. Instead we have a backyard oasis we can enjoy day and night. I love my deck! Rob and his crew were professional, arriving on time, cleaning up and had a great work ethic. Rob kept his crew working and finished ahead of schedule. Rob’s knowledge of construction and craftsmanship is hard to find. He has good recommendations for what he thinks would look best and how he would do the work, but doesn’t pressure you with his ideas if you have your own. Noelle is also good at communicating from the office about timelines, orders and payment.

We are new to Delaware and meet Mr. Davis in our complex after he was leaving a client home. The conversation just felt right prior to meeting Mr. Davis I had spoken to his wife Mrs. Noel and that was a pleasure . We had two other estimates however they did not felt right. One estimate price was higher the other about the same.Well when you see his reviews, it was his company overall professional.
