We would highly recommend Valor Home for a roof replacement. When the crew arrived they immediately went to work. The roof was installed in one day as promised and the gutters were done as efficiently. The site was kept neat and orderly throughout the project. We've received compliments from our neighbors already. One neighbor was so impressed he wanted the contact information for Valor Home which were happy to provide. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of workmanship from Valor Home.

They did a great job at a fair price. The work was completed about a week after I signed the contract. Sal was very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Every time I contacted him with a question he responded immediately. I would highly recommend.

We recently replaced our 26yr old Roof on our home in Laurel Delaware with Valor Home.I spoke with many employees during this project .Sal was the first person I spoke to when I called the company for a free quote . He was pleasant and passed me over to the sales person Cody Gray . Cody was very nice and on time for our appointment to our home. He wrote the contract with a figure that was in our budget. After reviewing the contract..I reached out the next day and told him there was a error in the contract so we wouldn’t be charged the extra rate of having two layers of roofing instead of one. He fixed the first contract and we were ready to get our roof installed with a today only out thee door price of $9000.Hmmm not exactly and here is why …Well… I received a call from Cody Gray the next day stating that the wheel on the measuring tool stuck in the snow and there was a discrepancy in the original contract price .Well that error was $3000. Outch!!I understand that we are human andthings happen but this error just cost us instead of the out the door cash price he offered of $9000 is now $12,800 .Ironically this happened just after we told him about the second layer of roofing that had to be removed.So he revised the contract now costing us $12,800.We are now crossing our fingers no more mistakes will take place or additional charges. Well there were additional charges but we worked through them with Will our project manager.My husband served our country for over 20 years. He was diagnosed with Cancer and Severe Lung Disease in 2016. My husband is restricted to his hospital bed unless we go out for doctor appointments. We reached out to this company after hearing advertising on tv and radio ads that they Support Our Veterans .Jack called to schedule in 3days as we were told . He was also very pleasant and professional .They sent Kevin out to pick up the first installment in order to get the job rolling . . He also was very pleasant to talk with. He also did the follow up call on completion of the job which he was very nice and professional.The day of installation.A Gentleman by the name of Will Fisher was on the job site with his crew promptly at 8 am. He introduced himself explained what was going to happen in this installation. He was such a pleasant person to talk with. You can most definitely tell he loves his job and he is such a caring people person which is definitely a asset to any company. He followed up several times with me via cell phone. He was prompt to answer any concerns we had.The job was done professionally and the crew he used was so friendly and very hard workers.So in the beginning a little bump in the road .In the end such a beautiful outcome.Thank you Valor HomeI will reach out to them in the near future for more Home Improvements my home may need.Thank you

My mom Sharon Haddock needed a new roof on her home. Not only did she select Valor Home based on reviews but they support our Veterans. Keith gave a quote on a Thursday and singles were delivered on Friday. Keith gave many options, selections and the quote was clear and what was expected. The crew showed up and did a fantastic job. They left the yard clean and like it was when then came. She would highly recommend Valor.Service: Roof repair

They adverstise they are a veteran supported no company, however NO veteran workers installed or worked on the installation of the roof. The fact is that the whole crew did not speak English, and no one from Valor stayed on the job to supervise the crew. There was a language barrior. They promised a 1 day installation and it took and additional day to complete. The workers who installed the roof did a good job, however I am not impressed with the leadership and management of this company.Allow me to add that while the men did do a good job on our roof, they did not cover our roof over the garage when they left the first night. Yes, they had put down the paper to prepare for the shingles. I had asked specifically of Keith what they would do had they not finished as a storm was coming.He assured us they would finish. As they did not, we now have several large leak spots in our garage.The next day, I asked Will why tarp was not put on the roof to protect it. He said what they had put on the roof was supposed to be better. Obviously not. I was assured they would be back to repair the leak spots in a couple of days. I told Keith we would not release the rest of their funds until it was completed. He said he understood. Two days later, my husband was called 3 times demanding the rest of the money as the roof was finished. After a heated exchange, my husband released the funds. The following week, Will came again to look at the garage. An appointment was made for them to come back on a specified day and time. to kilz and paint. No one showed up or called.Late the next day, they called to reschedule.At this point after everything that has happened, and I have not listed everything that happened, we are done with Valor. Now lets see if we get our promised warranty!Service: Roof installation

On scheduled date to check out the job the salesman was two hours late and at that point had to leave. When leaving salesman arrived and apologized for showing up late. Rescheduled a new date to come out with the salesman and on that date they were a no call and no show. Guess they don't like money. To the ones that have had good luck with Valor I'm happy for you, but they are not getting my business. Sorry Valor
