I am very pleased with my new roof. Chris and his crew were at my house early in the morning and the work started immediately. I was amazed by how fast it all happened. The old roof was off very swiftly and before I knew it Chris and his crew were prepping for the new roof to go on. When they left my house that afternoon there was no sign that they had been here, and except my beautiful new roof! They cleaned up anything that had fallen onto the ground, I was very pleased. To begin, I have to say that Chris, owner of Best Construction, was very professional, knowledgeable, accurate, and efficient. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Chris and his crew showed up on time each day and got right to work. Also, Chris was on site daily working with the crew. The roof and gutter leaf protection was completed in two days as promised. Upon completion, all debris, including nails, was removed. When the crew left after day 2, there was absolutely no indication that roofing work had gone on. I highly recommend Best Construction!

Best exceeded expectations of Sussex County contractors from the very beginning. Chris showed up for the estimate on time and followed up a week or so after sending his quote. Once I signed up with him he was able to move some things around and get to me quicker than expected. During the process of college move out for the summer, my daughter had a few of her friends store their belongings in our basement. After unloading the UHaul truck, her friend backed into my house, breaking throught the siding, the wood underneath the siding, my down spout and the hose faucet.What I appreciate most about the job done by Best Construction was that they did not over promise, and they over delivered. They let me know they could possibly schedule me for 3 weeks out, but had a cancelation and called me sooner! Scheduled me for 8 am, but arrived at 7:57! Went to work on the back of my house and it looks wonderful. No side of damage, no discoloration- just perfecr. The team at Best Construction showed up and showed out. They were professional, personable, and I would recommend them for any of your home repairs.

Great experience! I needed a piece of aluminum fascia trim replaced after a recent storm and was having trouble just finding a company to help. I found Best Construction by chance and called late Tuesday afternoon. First surprise was I was answered by a person, not an automated message! Michelle was very helpful as I explained the situation and sent her a photo of the job. She quoted me a very fair price and their crew was here today, earlier than expected and did a fine job replacing the missing trim! I tried a few roofing places. Most don't deal with manufactured homes. Best Construction actually called us back and came out to give us an assessment. The price was fair. He was knowledgeable and informed us of what was wrong. Very professional. And after a rainy day and night no more leaks. He guaranteed his work by saying call if there are any issues. From the time of the estimate to the time the job was done I could not have been more pleased. The office worked with me, changing installation dates, so the solar panels could be removed. They completed their work in one day taking off the roof and installing a new one. Plus, a few other things I asked them to do. Very easy process to replace our roof that was damaged during a recent storm. The process from start to finish was smooth. The initial quote, the scheduling, and the work was performed in less than two weeks. The team showed up promptly on the date scheduled and were finished by mid afternoon. The cleanup was meticulous and there was no footprint left behind. I would have never known they had been there if the shingles didn't look brand new. Very professional operation. I feel their price for re-roofing my house was very reasonable. They came as promised and finished the entire job in a day and a half. Extremely conscientious of cleaning up all debris continually. There was virtually no trace of debris after the job was finished. The person in charge of the operation was very personable and was willing to answer any questions or address any concerns.
