Shore did an excellent job for our mid-century modern remodel. We opened up the house (which included addition of a new beam) and totally remodeled the kitchen and expanded and remodeled the main bathroom. New hardwood floors were added to the kitchen, while the existing hardwood floors were resurfaced. Shore project manager kept everything moving even through the holidays. All subs were professional and seemed to like to be working for Shore. I used Shore Builders to renovate two very outdated full baths and a half bath. The bathrooms were completely gutted and refitted. Shore was wonderful and did an awesome job. They directed me to the right sources for tile and flooring, fittings and fixtures, and managed all the ordering and delivery. Their subcontractors were knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks to COVID we ran into various delays, and they took it in stride and always figured out how to keep things moving. My general contractor, Neal, was courteous, communicative, responsive, and helpful. The bathrooms are beautiful and turned out even better than I expected. They Demoed the old dock, cleaned up the debris and constructed the new dock! We hired Shore Builders to construct a 250 sf replacement deck behind our home. Danny Shore was extremely responsive and made good recommendations to improve upon our project concept. He was knowledgeable about the local building codes and helped us avoid some major pitfalls. He managed to schedule our two-day project within two weeks of signing the agreement.The construction crew, including Danny, showed up early on the first day and finished on the second day even skipping lunch. They were very organized, worked well and hard, and were amenable to helping with some minor extras (placing weed block fabric, relocating a large rock [a four-man job] and moving the furniture off the existing deck. Their workmanship was excellent and they completely cleaned up the construction area upon completion.They did a great job helping design and then construct our deck. We are very pleased with the result.

My experience with Shore Builders was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. On behalf of our homeowners' assn., I contracted with Shore to wrap more than 75 boat house pilings, correct structural deficiencies in our 14 unit boat house and sun deck structure, remove a rotten 300' boardwalk and rebuild a new 300' boardwalk. Danny Shore provided a detailed written bid which was very competitive and reasonable, met with me to explain and answer questions, and was incredibly responsive to my inquiries throughout the effort. Mr. Shore is extremely knowledgeable, his crew are all excellent, hard workers, dependable and polite. The work they did was meticulously perfect and the materials used were the highest quality. Shore Builders did a fantastic job on re-modeling my kitchen and two bathrooms, The job was done in a timely fashion without long delays. The people doing the work were very courteous and careful not to leave doors open or anything else that would unnecessarily increase my utility bills., which I appreciated. All work was done carefully with attention to detail. I had help from a designer, Lauren Duran Designs (very reasonable) and Jason went out of his way to work with her so that everything came together beautifully. Jason checked every day and met with me at all the vendors which I appreciated. They were ,also, very careful to protect furniture and flooring during the tear out phase. Everything was left clean and in good condition.The whole job from the cabinets, plumbing, electrical and tiling was beautifully done. The job came in at budget but I had to make an effort to stay close to allowances. Add-ons were not too expensive. Any small details on my punch lists were quickly taken care of! They did a great job!P
