The Team was friendly and respectful with no loud radios or loud talking just strictly business. We have not been at all disappointed with RACK ELECTRIC, the staff, the associates that work on site have all been exceptional. Once again, we had Mat Gonzalez out to our home today doing the maintenance service on our generator. He communicates exceptionally well about the process what’s needed and he is so clean so organized and definitely excellent at what he does thank you, RACK ELECTRIC and Mat!!

My experience with Rack Electric was one of the worst I have ever had with a contractor. The generator they installed was not in new condition - it was damaged with corrosion and oxidation. They also broke my gate, and lied about it. They further broke my concrete driveway, beyond the area cut out for work. They refused to replace or pay for any of the damages. I wish someone had warned me before I hired them.Update: The video below was taken August 27, 2021 at 19:06, and it clearly shows the generator was not in new condition when delivered, but was damaged with corrosion and oxidation.

I recently had our generator serviced by Rack Electric, and I am pleased enough with the experience to write a review (which I don't often do).Our electrician, Greg Holt, not only arrived promptly but kept us informed as to his e.t.a., so we'd know to be around and ready. Greg was both very thorough and surprisingly quick. He was also exceptionally courteous as he apprised me of what he was doing and when he was finished.I am thankful to Greg and Rack Electric for keeping my generator in working order and am so appreciative of their stellar service.

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. I called on Tuesday and she was able to schedule her technitian Jose for the next day. Jose was very professional and showed up on time to the appointment at my house. He was very knowledgeable and installed the Tesla universal charger for new Rivian. He finished on the estimated timeframe and did clean job. Stephanie honored the quote she gave me on the phone. I slso use rack electric for my generator maintenance

The best!! We have used them for small jobs and very large jobs. They are pleasant and professional from the first phone call for service to the electricians who do the heavy lifting. I entered into a contract in July of 2023 to have a generator installed at my property in Kendall. Despite having all the information and paperwork filled out Rack did not apply for a permit until September 2023. In January of 2024, I was notified for the first time that I needed to get a new survey (the previous survey which I was told was sufficient was allegedly rejected by the building department). After multiple back and forth emails and delays by Rack in answering simple questions about the type of survey I would need; we finally got a new survey. On 2/28/24, a copy of the updated survey was provided. To date, the permit has yet to be pulled. I've called at least twice and sent at least 3 emails. The only thing I have been told is that someone will call me. I am seriously regretting contracting Rack for this project. There is a lack of follow up an customer service. I contacted the Miami-Dade Building Department on 4/17/24 and they claimed that they had yet to receive the updated survey. The way this is going we will be well into hurricane season before the generator is installed.

It was nice and dandy, till I paid my balance in full, before final inspection. Rack disappeared. Called three times and everybody very nice and professional with zero result. It's already month passed since I paid full balance and they still did not schedule final inspection and don't give any reason why, since all I get is a promise to contact me without contact. My big advice "NEVER PAY FULL BALANCE BEFORE FULL COMPLETION".

My Experience with Rack Electric as so so positive! From scheduling the appointment for my home electrical repair to the on time appearance of their employee, Jose. The repair was made 100% to my satisfaction and Jose was so diligent and carful to check every circuit after he completed his repair to make sure my home was 100% safe in terms of electrical performance. Shout out to Stephanie in the Office and of course Jose. Rack Rate is an honest, licensed and very good company!

After a few initial hiccups, Rack came through and did everything we asked them to. Tanner meticulously serviced my generator and made sure all was in good working order. The starter was failing so he put in a work order for replacement under warranty. Within 20 minutes of wrapping up the service, Tanner had sent me an email detailing the service call with photos of everything. Great job Tanner, keep up the good work!

From start to finish we had excellent service. Jacqueline was a dear to work with! She answered all our questions and concerns and followed up with emails to ensure we understood.Goodson was phenomenal! He contacted us prior to his arrival verifying his arrival time. Once at our home he throughly and simply explained all the details of our new generator and followed it up with a text of all he had discussed so we have a permanent reference. He has an amazing personality and it was a pleasure working with him.Everyone involved in the installation of our generator was top notch!

This was my first appointment with Rack .Tanner was the name of the two technician. He changed the oil, put in a new filter. Changed the spark plug. He was very personable and professional.He was unable to reset the test because he discovered that the engine had rustedFrom the concrete base. He was going to contact the company and have them get back to me about having those repaired so that he can set the timer for the testing and make sure that the engine is secured. So service is to be continued. Once my service is complete I can continue my review. So far so good
