Ken Shriberg from The Adjusters Group went above and beyond in helping us with an insurance claim for a mold problem in our house. Although we ultimately determined that our claim would not be covered by our insurance company (due to construction defects that were outside of our coverage), Ken spent many hours studying our situation, helping us through the process, making suggestions, and connecting us with experts to help us. Ken really took the time, and more importantly, really cared about our situation even though he ended up not earning money from our case. We had a major water leak in our house in the middle of the night. Our restoration company came and around 3 am the owner of the company gave us The Adjusters Group information. He said we should call Ken right then but we were hesitant since it was so late. He called Ken and within an hour Ken was at our house calming us down and we knew when he left we made a great decision to have Ken help us get through this!! Ken was so organized with keeping track of everything, helping us get living set up since we couldn’t live in our house, and at the end helped get the most for our claim!! We worked with Ken & Tiana of the Adjusters Group on a claim involving damage to my in-law's house. We filed a claim with the insurance company for roof and inside damage resulting from the roof leaks. In the settlement offered by the insurance company they applied a hurricane deductible charge but refused to acknowledge that the roof was damaged by a storm. This made no sense. This is when we decided to find a public adjuster. The Adjusters Group was recommended by friends. Ken is a hands on person and went thru the house, inside and out, and using software identified and quantified the extent of our loss. It was multiple times what the insurance company had allowed. Ken resubmitted the claim and negotiated with the insurance company appraisers over several months. Ultimately Ken was able to justify almost all of our claim and the insurance company appraisers agreed.We are extremely pleased with our settlement and have only positives things to say about Ken, Tiana and the Adjusters Group.

Not sure what we would have done without the help of Ken. Hurricane Irma left us with a lot of damage at our UPS Store and filing with our insurance company was way over my head. I am sure if we would have tried to do it ourselves we would have wound up with way less money. So many details that we never thought about. Ken did not miss anything!!! He combed our store over with a fine tooth comb, including the roof, a/c units, interior wall damage and so many other things. It's hard to recognize all that is damaged when you are in the thick of it. He helped us keep our doors open and get back on our feet.
