In our previous review, we spoke about the awesome job Rx Renovation Experts did on our kitchen remodel. A few days after job completion, we discovered a small crack in the quartz counter. We contacted Mike and Scott and they both agreed to replace the counter top – no questions asked. A week later the replacement counter was completed and installed by Coastal Granite Counter tops. Scott’s (Coastal) people replaced the counter top. The installer’s professionalism was exceptional – no evidence that the counter had been changed out. Now that’s great customer service!

We own a small assisted living facility and have been putting off some bathroom renovations for some time. It was extremely important that we get them done right the first time but it is so hard to trust contractors in Florida. That said, I was hesitant to move forward with the renovations until I met Mike, Eric and Roger from RX Renovation Xperts. We were on a tight deadline because the room was only vacant for a short period of time. Mike assured me that he and his team would do whatever they needed to do to complete the renovation by our deadline. They always showed up when they said they were going to. They cleaned up the work area after each day. Mike, George, Roger, James, Eric and Alyssa were all wonderful to work with. I am sure I drove George crazy when he was laying the tile in the shower but he was always so considerate and understanding of my concerns. George took his time and was extremely meticulous when laying the tile. We would not hesitate to use RX Renovation Xperts again. In fact, my wife is already looking into replacing our floors at home using them. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish which is so rare to find in Florida's construction industry.

Our initial experience with this company was excellent. They showed up when they were supposed to and, to us, appeared to have done a good job on the new roof we had installed. We did question the fact that there was no metal ridge vent as is normal in Florida but they gave an explanation that satisfied us.About a year later we noted a leak. When we called them they referred us to the foremen that had been in charge of the job. He no longer worked for them but fixed the leak at no charge anyway. Now another year later the type of ridge vents they did install are buckling due to Florida heat and wind.I am very disappointed that after leaving several answering machine messages over the past week at the two numbers I have for them nobody has returned my calls.On my current reading of reviews, which had mostly been very good, until the reviews seemed to stop several months ago, (except for one very bad review more recently).There was supposed to be a guarantee but if they won't return calls I will be stuck paying another company for repairs that they should have done.If I finally do hear from them and have a satisfactory resolutionI will update this. Meanwhile, BEWARE!

We just finished a major home renovation and this company has been nothing short of amazing. Not only are the owners of the company professional, knowledgeable and reliable, they are more importantly honest and compassionate. Each and every employee that was in our home (as we lived in it through the renovation) was trustworthy and pleasant to be around. As issues came up, they were able to creatively problem solve and deliver ideas that were even better than the original. I highly recommend them! We feel very lucky and blessed to have found such a great company. We will always use them for future projects, as they have made a stressful and overwhelming experience manageable and relatively painless. Our home is absolutely gorgeous and there isn't an inch of it that wasn't touched during this project. The quality is beyond our expectation. You will not regret hiring them.

May 2018We are happy to provide this letter of recommendation for RX Renovation Xperts.RX Renovation Xperts was hired to renovate the interior kitchen following a water leak and insurance claim. The insurance company offered $16,000 dollars to do a $50,000 dollar job. Roger at RX Renovation Xperts worked diligently with the insurance adjuster to make sure that my kitchen was in better condition than before the water leak and that the insurance company covered what was necessary. Upon starting the kitchen remodel, Mike at RX Renovation Xperts discovered that there was severe damage done to the flooring. Roger and Mike worked with the insurance company to remedy the situation and make sure that the flooring was covered as well.The quality of the workmanship was phenomenal the character of each person that worked in my home was fantastic and as promised by Mike, the owner of RX Renovation Xperts, my home is a showcase home. Our experience with this company has been horrible!! 6 months into it and they will not even come and finish the job. just a few small things need to be done and they won't come back! Most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Please be careful if you use this awful company!

Started out great. Two home visits by sales people with great ideas for my kitchen renovation. Promises made to get back to me with a quote. “We will definitely get back to you unlike other businesses in this field.” Guess what? Never heard back from them!

Joke of a company. They someone out to my house and I referred them to a neighbor to do a roof tarping job. They sent two young sales people who had no education of roofs or how to tarp a roof. They couldn't give me an estimate on the spot, because my roof is not your typical roof, it has a rotunda and is two story. They said someone will call me. No one called. I refer them to a neighbor, which they never quoted either. They're looking for a quick buck overcharging people for tarping jobs that are simple. Don't even contact them if you don't have a single story shingle roof. If you do call them, just know buying a tarp and doing it yourself will save you a bunch of money. Don't fall for the great BBB rating!!

They have gone bankrupt. They placed liens on the homes of their customers and those liens have not been removed even though they have been paid. Their partner, Lombardo's Granite, is threatening to place material man's liens on the homes of Rx customers where Lombardo's supplied the tiles and counter tops - Lombardo is a partner in Rx. I know because I am one of those affected. This is a mess.
