I have a 100+ year old bungalow that needed some fine tuning to control water coming off the roof. I also wanted to do my best to not ruin the look of open rafters. I didn't want cheap and fast to bungle the job so I used Pensacola's best custom gutter company, Duncan's. Look, it took some patience and almost 6 months from my first call but all my interactions with them were all professional. They came to make an estimate exactly when they said they'd be out and due to weather were one day behind on the installation day. Mr. Stone did a no nonsense estimate making reasonable adjustments to my plan when he saw what I was concerned about. Install day finally came and his crew parked their trucks and trailers professionally in our crowded street and quickly installed my system with no extra charges or contractor whining about how much money they were loosing. It's rained 3 days now since the install and they are functioning beautifully and look good to boot!Service: Installation

I am a real Duncan customer. They did truly outstanding work installing over 500 feet of guttering and leaf guards on the second story high roof of my home. They were efficient, professional, and reliable in their work and in their relationship with me. I was impressed with their honesty, dependability, and attention to detail. Because of discovered wood rot, the job was divided into two phases while I did repairs. They would accept no payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. They are not the least expensive guttering company, but in today’s world, you should expect to pay a reasonable price for their high quality work. I seldom give a max rating. Duncan Gutters is a rare exception. I recommend them fully and without reservation.
