A leak began on the edge overhanging the lanai, and even though it was not large it was enough of a concern that I called Bay Area Roofing. I called them because they have done several other repairs to my tile roof and the work was always thorough and professional. They came out within a couple of days; we came to terms on the job, and very soon thereafter work commenced. Bay Area did their customary excellent job and completed what had turned into a larger job (repairing a 30' valley with failed sheeting and underlayment) within two days. The timing could not have been better, because a couple days after finishing the work, the big storm of December 15-16 hit. There was no evidence of leaks, and I am confident the roof is now good for years to come. I highly recommend Bay Area Roofing for the quality of their work, timeliness in responding to requests for repairs, and for the professionalism of the people with whom I worked. The experience could not have been better.

They were awesome. We had a number of roofing companies come out and look at our roof. It is extremely high and slanted. Bay Area Roofing was the only company that was able to do the job. They were very professional and the pricing was good too. They also installed a skylight. Excellent service. Greg our representative was great too and always available if we had questions. A bad rain storm made it clear that we had a roof problem. Bay Area Roofing responded immediately to our call. Their team did a thorough examination and uncovered problem areas, which were many. We discussed options and decided to do a total replacement. They were extremely professional. We had called Bay Area Roofing to repair our 33 year old tile roof. After they assessed the problem they had gave us a few options such as just repairing the places that were worn and leaking and giving us a 5 year warranty on the repairs although it looked like there may be more problems than the few spots we originally had called them about. They could take off the tile and replace it with a traditional shingle roof or the mostly costly option that we chose which was take off the tile and replace with new tile. Although it took a little longer than they originally told us we were very satisfied with how the work was done, The crew they had take off and replace the tiles were very hard working and made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was finished. We have had numerous friends and neighbors tell us what a great job Bay Area Roofing did and how wonderful it looked.

The roof itself I hope is ok. The roofer with a long nail punctured a water pipe in my attic. Big leak and damage. The roofers completely ruined my leaf filters. Did not know how to replace them. I had to call leaf filters to come out and fix the damage. It cost me $420. I’m still waiting for my ceiling to be painted.Service: Roof installation

The crew that was assigned to replace our barrel tile roof exceed our expectations by a mile. They were always on-time and great communicators from the salesperson to the supervisor to the English speaking workers. They explained what they were doing and what options we had for functional and cosmetic changes. The team was both neat and efficient. They cleaned up the site daily and even blew debris and dust off the pool cage and pool deck. The final appearance of the roof was "best-in-class". Would confidently recommend them to close friends.

The initial consult was very thorough and I knew exactly what to expect for the price. While not the lowest bid, we chose this company based on this first impression and are glad we did. They got work started within days and had courteous and responsive people on the job site. The whole roof was done in 2 days and they did a follow up to make sure we were happy with the work. The Forman was also on site multiple times per day to check on progress and to follow up with any questions that we had.

I worked with Tony Gaudiosi. He was absolutely fantastic! It’s such a beautiful roof!! I get so many compliments. Tony was wonderful to talk to, and to work with. He was honest and knowledgeable. His team was absolutely wonderful. The whole experience with your company was wonderful from start to finish. The workers were very friendly. Everything was cleaned up, nothing left behind. I hear stories where other roofing companies leave a mess behind. Trevor made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. He even took me up there so I can check the roof out “from a birds eye view”. I got my wind mitigation immediately. It’s just amazing how quickly the roof got finished. The roofers work together to get things done. I was concerned about them up there being hot and I wanted to make sure they had enough water. Trevor told me that the guys are use to the heat and are kept well hydrated. Thanks again for all that you did for me and my roof! I am truly grateful. 🙂

Paid over 23,000 for new siding and roof! Had t 1-11 before and they used concrete hardie board 2nd story top , they didn’t line up top half to match bottom half with excuses why and used flat headed nails , like a thousand of them it looks horrible especially since painted With dents in board that shows after paint I told them I wasn’t happy about nails and owner was rude as heel yelling at me on phone, as far as roof the workers stepped in tar and tracked in multiple places on my roof left at least a hundred rubber bands on roof, and tar on siding and metal trim have many pictures to show it! We’re sloppy as hell , Walter the foreman was nice and had to clean up after them! they are not siding experts at all and I wouldn’t ever recommend them, in fact neighbor talked to them and I told him don’t use and he didn’t ! Bay Area put our roof on 15 years ago. We have a thirty year shingle and had a 7 year Limited warranty On product.My roof is leaking in THREE different places, so I reached out and got “your out of warranty, I don’t have anyone till the 23rd” I called on the 8th.. MY ROOF IS LEAKING!! Your products didn’t hold up even 15 years On a 30 year roof and this is the customer service I get!!!!!
