Had roof replaced by Castle Roofing back in 2020. Had shingle roof done and three flat roofs.Four years later had to go with another insurance carrier and they came out and failed my flat roofs. Called Jim Lathrop( owner ) and he gave me good information and suggestions on fixing the problem and even wrote a letter to the insurance company.Problem solved, Thanks Jim

From start to finish Castle Roofing was very professional. A Feb 2019 storm damaged many roofs in my neighborhood. Bob came out and explained all my options and hand held the process from start to finish, including interior repair work. The crew was extremely clean and each day cleaned up the job site. I even had a chance to speak to the owner who was very nice and available to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Castle Roofing for any roofing needs including complete new roof. Working with Castle Roofing was great. In the end, they saved me lot's of money and delivered a job to perfection. Please tell your workers to have some common decency to not block an intersection where people on the access roads are trying to turn. They completely blocked my view of being able to turn safely.

We use castle roofing for our new roof and flat roof. The team was very responsible on there work and finished in a timely manner. They went up and beyond checking for loose debris. Do not use this company! almost every roofs that they put on after Ian has leaked check the Better Business Bureau on them and also check the lawsuits that they have so many pending on. they ripped off somebody I know and there's been other people that they ripped off over $10,000 they cashed the check but no roof was put on they kept the money and did nothing!

I've been attempting to resolve 2 issues since December of 2021 and have sent numerous emails and messages. Issue 1, roofers came a foot short of the roof line on my moms villa and did not offer to fix it. Rather, they fought me tooth and nail and insisted it was done correctly. Issue 2- upon renewing our home owners policy we were advised that while the roof work was done correctly minus the foot they missed the permit had expired and was never summitted/completed with the county. I have been reaching out to Castle since february monthly and have not had them respond to 1 email or message. Not professional and would not recommend investing your money with a company who has no value for their customer. I will change my response should they do the right thing.

Our Home was severely damaged during Hurricane Ian. Getting help was a nightmare. Molly Cull contacted us regarding our damage. She has been fantastic! She worked tirelessly to get our Insurance Company to respond. She also kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Molly and Castle! In addition to Molly, I spoke with Emily, who works in the Corporate Office. She was polite, professional, and so helpful! Finally, I spoke with Steve Jenkins, who does the scheduling for Castle. Once again I was amazed at the kind, professional conduct displayed. Thanks to this great team our Home repairs are underway. I highly recommend Castle Roofing & Construction. Jims crew did our vacation home and the separate garage after a nasty storm wrecked the thirty twenty year old roof after a nasty little storm blew up off St Joseph sound . We were having a family reunion there the following weekend so we needed some other minor repairs done, the castle folks took care of them also and the yard was as clean as a pin so the grandkids played in and had a great time. I called for a soffit repair and the operator took my information to expect call back in 15mins. Received call back hours later at end of day. I sent pictures to repair tech where he informed me should be able to work me into schedule the follow day. I expressed concern with rodents and bats getting into my roof. The following morning I didn’t get a response so I texted him and after no response called at end of day. The tech informed me he would not be able to help for a while. Poor customer service and follow up when I could of spent time working with another company. Wasted my time.

In 2 working days, our two story roof was cleared, new wood replaced rotten wood, two new Suntec skylites, & an Attic Breeze solar attic fan installed. The steeply slanted roof required 25 sq.s Certain-teed shingles. The job site manager chose to put in a new top for our solar tube. Chris Channey quoted the lowest price of 3 we received. Project Mgr. Steve Jenkins handled the details well. The Latino installers worked to dark, Day 1, & were caring, efficient, & thoroughly cleaned up the property afterwards. If you are planning to defraud your homeowners insurance then these are your guys . Someone showed up to my house bragging about how much they do it. He didn't even go up on the roof. Walked around my house for a minute and came back claiming we have wind damage. Company's like this is why your homeowners insurance rates go up so much. The guy tells you that they cant raise your rates due to a act of god but the insurance company can raise your rates for any other reason and they will or they just will not renew your policy when the time comes.After I called his bluff he never even gave me a estimate because I said I did not want to go thru my insurance. Castle Roofing is Insurance company scammer specialists.

Watched the team replace a neighbor’s roof and they were amazing. I called sales rep Steve Dinkins and he came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional. The team of roofers and their quality of work was outstanding. They were on time and finished within day and half. They picked up every piece of materials that was on ground around the house. I am not sure why some reviews said that Castle did not respond to them etc. I had them replace my old roof 5 years ago and had no problems until now after 2 months of non-stop Florida rain. I spotted a water stain on garage ceiling last Sunday night, called them first thing Monday and they send out Andy the next day who immediately spotted the problem and made the repair. I have been in Real Estate sales for over 35 years and I know through experience that some Roofers do not back their warranty. Castle IS NOT one of them based from my dealings with them to this point. Hopefully the repair worked. I will find out after the next rains, but I am not too concerned, because I now know that this Company responds very quickly and deals with the issue accordingly.Thanks AndyServices: Roof repair, Roof installation

I recently had an opportunity to work with this company. Before I begin to review anything else, I do want to give a HUGE shout out to each and every one of the specialists that worked on my roofing needs. You guys were awesome, amazing, professional, hard working, sweet,personable,just simply amazing. I was impressed. My experience, as with any type of construction being done on your home, there are communication issues, delays, weather, etc. Whatever we rn into, the company was consistent in telling me they would make sure that I was happy in the end. Am I happy ? I have to admit , I am. Would I recommend this company to friends and neighbors? Yes, I would. I will forewarn , just be prepared for delays. Keep in contact with them and be patient. They took care of me and I believe they would take care of you.
