Update: did hear back from owner with sincrre apologies and offer to redo work as well as explanation. I appreciate the responsible and professional response so am upgrading review. Things happen and I appreciate a courteous professional response.Update in response to owner reply - I sent you TWO messages on Facebook and you didn't reply despite responding quickly to all prior messages.I wasn't impressed with the pressure washing nor company. Not nearly as thorough as we expected. Reached out to communicate our experience and even sent a subsequent follow up after no reply to my first attempt and never even received an acknowledgement to EITHER of those messages. I wouldn't recommend nor would I use this company again.

I have used DPI/Maurcio for several pressure washing jobs here. They are great at that. Show up on time etc.However, used them for travertine sealing and brick back in July. They are not an expert and has not address mold/green growing on brand new travertine installed in June! Had to chase him down several times of when he was going to finish the job. Gave me several excuses about weather and being busy. Pushing a repeat client away and putting us at the bottom of the list of his "busy" schedule. I am tired of being put last, make someone else wait! Said he would be back and would never show. Finally did show, never called, never told us he was coming and resprayed brick sealer, around furniture!!! And still never address travertine! Terrible. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I am done giving someone the benefit of the doubt and being taken advantage of.

I had very good results using this company’s services a little over year ago. So I thought I would try them again. I had specifically requested Lucas because he was who did the work last year. They sent him out and he definitely delivered. My home looks great. The fact that Lucas went over my concerns prior to the washing, and his great attention to detail , created a finished product that I am very pleased with . Great company. I won’t hesitate to call them again when needed.

Highly recommend! We had such a great experience. We needed our metal roof pressure washed and our gutters cleaned out. Mauricio (owner) contacted me within hours of me reaching out through their website. He came over that day to check out the job and had a quote to me in less than a day. His price was very reasonable! We set up an appointment for 9am less than a week after the quote and his guys were precisely on time. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional, courteous, and such a pleasure to interact with. They were in and out in less than 2 hours and went above and beyond what we asked for. They cleaned off the debris that had come off the roof, they saw my patio chairs were dirty and took it upon themselves to clean them, and then they saw a palm that had fallen from the tree and brought it to the street for me. If you need anything pressure washed, I cannot rave about Mauricio and his team enough. They are worth it! We will absolutely use them again in the future!!!

Terrific work. I am more than pleased with the end result. My tile roof was not cleaned for over 7 years now. And had algae and pollen soiled all over it.The service crew came out ahead of schedule and did a very through job bringing it back to new condition.I would highly recommend DPI Pressure Washing for any service. There team is very professional. Scheduling was easy and I did not have to wait weeks (like most cleaners). And the pricing was very fair and well worth the investment.Thank you!

What a wonderful company! I received a quote on the same day I requested it and they were out at my house to do the job on the very first day that was most convenient for me. They arrived on time and later that afternoon when I pulled back into my driveway I was completely shocked at how wonderful my house looked! This was honestly easier than placing a food order at a restaurant online! The customer service and kindness was impeccable and the quality and speed of the work was beyond my belief! I was emailed the estimate at work just after lunch and when speaking to Mauricio he explained the job would be complete by the time I got home. I came home at 4:30 to what looked like a new driveway and all new sidewalks, but no mess as if nobody was ever there. I am referring DPI to all family and friends as it is hard to find this kind of service at a price that can't be beat!

What a joke, sets an appt with me for Monday at 10am. Then decides to change my appt without a call/text/email to saturday at 8:30am, and they come over BANGING on my door till i come outside. I ask them who they are and what they are doing here because ofcourse this little hole in the wall company doesnt even have t-shirts or anything identifying who they are. So i decide to let them still do the job and that i would take it up with management, i call up there before they start and the owner decides to lie to cover his butt saying he sent an email when i checked my email before i even made the call. You must confirm appts with your customers, period! Dont just show up without an agreed appt, this company is a joke and highly unprofessional. The owner himself decided to get loud with me over his mistake so I canceled my appt. hope this review makes you choose another company like i did.

My home looks completely different! DPI pressure washing just transformed a large home that I recently purchased.The house had not been inhabited for about 5 years and the metal roof and siding were covered with caked-on dirt and green algae. I did not think it was really possible to get that stuff off.The DPI crew were on-time, equipped with top gear and did everything I asked and more.A day or two later I overheard a little girl from across the street say to her father, "Look Daddy, what a beautiful house" while pointing at my home. We have used this service in the past for pressure washing and were very satisfied with their work. However, not so much this time. We scheduled service for a Monday and received a call a week or so later asking if we could change to the preceding Saturday at 1:00 pm to accommodate "their" scheduling issues. We agreed. The 1:00 pm appt came and went and no workers showed up. Finally, we called and a woman told us they had changed the appt to later in the afternoon to accommodate "their" scheduling issues and she had sent us an email. We did not see the email. FYI if you are going to send an email to change an appt ASK FOR A RESPONSE TO CONFIRM! We would have never agreed to the change because we were entertaining that evening.
