As a marketeer I put a lot of faith in Google Reviews, when I researched Excel Exterior, Inc I found a company up north with some bad reviews. I asked Kevin to send me a list of local home owners who had used them in the last few months. They had great things to say so we moved forward with Excel.Now I have great things to say about Excel Exteriors, they handled the insurance claim, they protected all the plants and picked up every nail. They completed the house and the boat house in two days. It looks great!

I basically choose where my money goes based on Google reviews. I made the right choice with Adam and Excel, couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience from beginning to end. Others in my neighborhood went with lesser-known companies and got burned, but all the reviews are accurate. These folks have been around for a while and pay attention to all the details with no pressure and plenty of information. Would happily recommend to friends and family!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I definitely would not recommend!! Unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable, and I question the product I did finally receive. Whatever you do go some where else for a roof unless you want a huge headache.

Just call Kevin at Excel Exteriors and you can take a deep breath and relax. Your problem is now fixed. We had very real storm damage and an crooked insurance company that was fast becoming a problem and looking for a way to avoid paying. Kevin took over and I now have a beautiful new roof on my home that I would not have never gotten otherwise without filing a lawsuit. He answers his phone and responds to his customers. His staff exhibits professionalism at every turn. His installation crew cleaned up perfectly after the job was complete. Kevin, Adam, and their team at Excel did an exceptional job coordinating and executing the work involved in replacing my roof and repairing the interior ceiling areas that had water damage due to high wind and rain in a very timely manner. I am so happy that Kevin with Excel Roofing dropped by my house. I had just been told by my neighbor that there were some shingles missing from my roof due to a windstorm the previous night. Kevin asked me if I realize they were shingles missing. I told him that my neighborhood told me and I was really concerned about having to put a new roof on. Full roof replacement through my insurance. Adam from Excel Exteriors came by my house and performed the free inspection and found wind damage. He was courteous and professional. He informed me I had a claim for a previous storm due to wind damage and showed me the folds and creases. He walked me through the entire process for filing my claim and replacing the roof. I feel confident they are the reason the claim went through and was approved by my insurance company. They are subject matter experts who provided me great value. The owner came and informed me before and after the work was completed.
