Home Love Construction did a complete renovation of my non-profit’s residential facility that serves homeless Veterans. They did an amazing job with the renovations and Laura from Love Home Construction was fantastic. She was passionate about the project and worked hard to ensure that the work got done timely and with a focus on quality and detail. This project covered over 12,000 square foot of living space and included new flooring throughout, wall paper removal, new paint, new cabinets, and new lighting. Raiel is an awesome project manager. He listens to you and then follows through with your request. He is kind, respectful, and thorough. He responds to text quickly.. I appreciated him showing up when new subs were being used to walk them through the job. He is here before the arrive. If a job needs more attention or correction he treats the subs with kindness and respects as well. We do not have to be the project manager because he is on it.

We are just beginning the process of remodeling our master bath and closet area with Home Love Construction along with a few other updates to our 36 year old home. After speaking to some other contractors who didn't follow through or return our calls, we are happy with the Home Love team so far. Both Kate and Evan have worked hard to get our plan ready to submit for permits and Evan has gone above and beyond to work with us on the budget so that we can get what we need done.

I’ve been dealing with a different plumber for over a month trying to get him to my house to handle a situation they already gave us a quote for. It was like pulling teeth. Finally I found Home Love plumbing and Aaron came by, handled the problem within an hour. No joke night and day difference to what we were dealing with before. We were like, wait what your done? Yay! After having several other companies agree to do my work, and then disappear off the face of the planet - I was thrilled to find Homelove. They were extremely communicative, and quick. They worked with me to ensure they could get my work done as quickly as possible due to delays that were not even their fault. I am so pleased with the master bathroom remodel that I had done with Home Love Construction! Brian Thomsen, the general contractor, was so easy to work with. He gave wonderful suggestions as well to make my master bathroom both more beautiful and more functional. Thomas, who did the installation, is so knowledgeable and the quality of the work he did was outstanding! He had very good suggestions as well. Both Brian and Thomas are very personable yet professional.The cost was reasonable and definitely worth every penny. I can’t wait to work with Brian and Thomas again when I can remodel my other two bathrooms!

My experience with Andrey at Home Love construction was simply put, one of the best experiences I've had with any construction company in all of Tampa bay. He was truly a skilled estimator who can tackle any project of any size. He was professional, knowledgeable and experienced with all that I needed. absolutely awful experience.I do not know where to start...the lack of communication, planning, and understanding of the client's needs is astonishing.when hiring this company, beware, thet you will pay the premium for multiple people emailing and calling you how excited they are to work on your project when in reality they have no idea what to do, who you are, and what your project is.On occasion you may get an email on Friday afternoon, asking to choose the color for the wall, when it was discussed and agreed upon months ago.There is a deputy CEO "Cody" that corrected my grammar on the email, told me that there is no point complaining to the HR because he is paying them, and my $60K kitchen remodel job is nothing to him. It was after he promised me that he would personally oversee my project and guaranteed my complete satisfaction.I ordered the kitchen Cabinets with the RTA, which was a wonderful experience, BTW.because of the delay in obtaining permits, I will have to pay $4K to deliver and store them. The Deputy CEO "Cody"and his assistants knew that the cabinets are being ordered and did not advise us not to proceed with the purchase until the permits are obtained.I received no communication from the Homelove since despite my numerous attempts to speak with someone.to be continued...

This is my first time going through a home renovation and the process has been seamless so far from the initial contact with estimator, Andrey, selections process with Lena, all the way up to demolition of the first phase in my project with Project Manager Saul. Everyone has been very patient and understanding as I navigate this process as well as helping to explain things along the way and keep me updated on the project timeline and progress. The subcontractors have also been very professional and on time and I’m excited to see how this project turns out!

Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a Christmas party hosted by my boyfriend’s Russ Urban , company Home Love, held at a Dunedin bowling ally, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere really captured the spirit of the season. The organizers did a great job blending a casual, fun-filled bowling experience with a heartfelt employee recognition segment, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. The food, was surprisingly good, Mac and cheese bites were to die for. What made the event even more special was seeing all of families together, adding a warm, touch to the festivities. Kudos to Russ and his team for organizing such a memorable and enjoyable Christmas party!P.S. My favorite part of the night was when Russ realized he was wearing 2 different brown shoes!!! Haha

When we moved into a new build from Ohio to Florida, I had no idea how to find a good contractor. We wanted to connect our small his/hers closets to make one large dressing room, remove the 2 closet entrance doors for more wall space, and add a pocket door entering from our bathroom. After not having any luck with our realtor’s suggestions on contractors, I found Home Love on the internet. Laura who booked it, Ben who oversaw everything, and Jaime and his coworkers who did the work were all so wonderful to work with. Any time a small issue arose or there was a misunderstanding, they made sure to make things right to where we were 100% satisfied. Amazing communication and this company has integrity (2 things I’ve discovered are hard to find with contractors here.) Use them and you will not regret it.

Joe Nelson and his crew were AMAZING! This wall was originally all mirror. They removed the mirror, hauled it all away and put up this wallpaper. I am SO happy and they were so easy to work with. I highly recommend Home Love Construction & Outdoor!

So I contact that TV show a 100 days home... home love contractor contact me And we schedule to have a designer come to the house.Dimitri showed up on Saturday we talk about the budget we have and what option we have an hour later Ari, the architect showed up, and we told him what exactly we want, and what our budget is. They said We will have the design within a week. About 4 weeks later, we contact them to see what's going on, and that's when we finally got on a video with the architect, we decided to choose option 3 that he had for us. He told us that he will have it all set next Tuesday again, waited another 3-4 weeks until I contacted them to see what's going on...Dimitri called and apologize. And he came to our house following week with the design that is with 3 times the budget of what we told him!!!!! Which kind of got me upset. Because the chargers for the design $5000. When they already knew what a budget was so we told him we can go with some of their stuff and some I can use license electrician. And plumbing, he said if I go with them. I have to continue all project with them which does not make any sense. Because all they have to do is just the design and the blueprint. He wanted about $7000 more for blue print and than for permits... my friend who is a contractor give me a number for local architect who looked at that design that we already paid for and charged me 2000 for the blueprint. And the budget was a quarter of what they wanted. They are very pushy towards the end and they're definitely not professional. Which, by the way, when we looked at the reviews When they came to our house they had 200 reviews next day, 300 following day 500. It seems like most of the reviews are fake. And I even mentioned that to Dimitri..he said they're not. I don't think you can have about 300 reviews in 2 days. That's just my personal opinion! definitely not happy with them. They're trying to sell you a job. They're bringing a guy to the house trying to make a quick sale. Thank God that we did not pay for the all thing that they wanted from the beginning almost 15000 we only pay for the design which was still pretty high. If you take a local architect, just beware and do homework before you choose them.
