We were looking into new roofs and got about 5 bids. Kam was Not the lowest and not the most expensive. They met us right where we wanted to be and had answers for all our questions. They knew we were taking advantage of the my safe Florida program and help us through the whole process. From our sales associate Leigh Anne to our project manager Hilton to the owner Kyle they were all great and great communication. I'm providing a 5-star rating for KAM Roofing Services, truly a 5-star company, that installed a beautiful aluminum roof on our home and back yard shed. Our KAM Estimator, Leighann Hirsch, was on time, knowledgeable, professional and a wonderful representative of her company. Leighann provided addresses of properties that had same/similar aluminum roof & color we were considering. Our KAM on-site supervisor, Jesus Angeles, was simply amazing. He kept us informed of each days progress, and what we should expect. Jesus and his crew were very impressive. Jesus also made me aware of the rust on my fireplace chimney cap, and recommended that I have it replaced now as to avoid rust on my new metal roof. It was a slight additional cost, but worth it! I highly recommend KAM Roofing Services. As I like to jokingly say... "who buys a roof at Safety Harbor's 3rd Friday Street Fest... In October of 2023, KAM Roofing replaced the roof at my home. They did a fantastic job. During the three day process, they protected by yard, the pool equipment, and the screened in patio. Each day they left the area clean. Unfortunately, a minor mistake was made with one of the vent covers. It was not discovered for several months. When I called KAM Roofing to address the issue, they went above and beyond immediately. This is clearly a company that stands by their work. From the my original quote to the follow up service, KAM Roofing was been a pleasure. They made the process very easy, and I could not be more pleased. My compliments to the owner, Kyle, and his team. I highly recommend their work.

If I could give 10 stars to KAM Roofing, I would. I replaced my old shingle roof with a beautiful black matte metal roof, and we could not be happier. Kyle (the owner) is one of the most ethical, professional, and kindest people in the business (or any business, for that matter). He supervised roof work on my former home 8 years ago and I had a beautiful result. When it was time to replace this roof, I went straight to Kyle and KAM Roofing, because I knew I would get good quality work at a fair price with excellent customer service from a trustworthy contractor. Kyle's entire team (Leighann, Brian, Jesus) were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We have received many compliments from friends, family, and neighbors on the new roof, and I will breathe easier this hurricane season knowing that KAM did my roof. KAM Roofing Service was recommended by a friend. Kyle, the owner was very professional and provided a fair estimate. Morgan his assistant confirmed the order, shared what needs to be done prior to installation, and a tentative start date. His scheduler Brian kept me updated via email as the start day approached. Jesus the job supervisor introduced himself, explained the steps in the removal and installation. He wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied with his team's work. The city inspector reported that all was done perfectly and that KAM Roofing always does a superb job. This company really cares about the customer; great communications, dedicated employees, and outstanding workmanship. It is rare to find a company with such professionalism. I’m on the board of a condo association in Dunedin. When KAM Roofing came recommended I had my doubts. We’ve had nothing but problems with contractors. Well KAM Roofing not only did a fantastic job they well exceeded our expectations. KAM Roofing Services did an excellent, professional, and clean service, from Michelle as Sales and estimator who guided us about the process as it was our first time having this type of service, to his Project Manager Jesus that was all time pending of his crew and the job quality, including an incident with an expected local hevy storm that caused a roof leak right after they removed the old roof, they took full ownership and replaced and repaired everything damaged leaving everything as new, we are very happy with KAM service, and we highly recommend this company for your next roof project.

KAM Roofing installed a new roof on my home a little less than two years ago. Though I did not leave a review at that time, I was very satisfied with the work. They did a great job, took pictures, and sent me updates of their work throughout the process. About a month ago during a storm, the vent in my bathroom had a little water leaking in. I called KAM Roofing not thinking this would be covered under warranty, but come to find out it absolutely was! They came out and fixed the vent (not sure of the actual name) on the roof very quickly. Not only that, a few days after they made the repair, THEY CONTACTED ME to come fix the water spot on my bathroom ceiling. I didn't even expect them to come fix the ceiling, but the fact that they contacted me to come make the repairs as opposed to me having to chase them down to do warranty repairs really says a lot about this company. I was already satisfied with the roof installation, but I really feel they went out of their way to ensure the warranty work was taken care of.

KAM roofing was recommended to us through a friend, but to be safe we still got several quotes. KAM roofing gave a fair price and worked with us on what we wanted done with our flat roof. All communications were prompt, professional, and courteous. Install crew prepped and cleaned thoroughly. The actual roof looks fantastic. We are very involved with our home maintenance/renovations and the site manager was more than happy to walk us on the roof and explain everything they did and let us inspect things ourselves. We have worked with a lot of crews from various trades the last several months and KAM roofing was one of the best to work with. I would use them again in the future.

I was please with the reroofing from start to finish....Michelle the estimator came out, measured the roof and explained what would happen with the reroof. I asked a lot of questions and felt comfortable with the process. The crew did a great job and in two days I had a terrific looking new roof. Roofs ain't cheap in case you haven't checked lately but KAM came in lower than some but I really read all the reviews before I make a purchase and you should too. Kam took out the horrible wind turbines that were installed by another owner and put in the ridge vents over the house and garage.....no ridge vent on the garage previously. I can really tell a difference now. And the house is much cooler. Kyle and his crew did a great job and they are trustworthy. Kam Roofing did an excellent job for us, from the moment of the estimate (done by Michelle Ashcraft) we fell comfortable and sure it was all well organized, they end up replacing the regular shingles roof as well as a big flat roof.They setup everything very nicely, protecting with tarps the floor areas all around the house, they bring the trash containers and set them up all nicely protecting the garage door, they tried to coordinate with the Solar Panels company and we got to get involved to sign some approval paperwork for the solar company, but got it all done in two days, they took good care of the gutters, the crew chief (Jesus Angeles) did a great job, keeping us informed and getting his team to do a great job and a good cleaning afterwards.We are now waiting for inspection and wind mitigation and Kam coordinating with Solar company for the re-installation of the panels.Will recommend Kam roofing to others

I called KAM for an opinion (Brian and Hilton were awesome!) on a new roof (installed 2020) because a different roofing company than the company that installed the new roof said they needed to charge me thousands to fix some defects. Rather than call the original roofer (roof is still under warranty) I heard KAM did great work so I wanted an opinion before I called in on the warranty. They said there were no major issues, but loose shingles and sealing needed to be done. Since it was a small job they charged me VERY little, I felt guilty because it was definitely well below their cost. They also spoke with me about the roofs current condition and some things to monitor to stay ahead of future issues. I would use KAM in the future for any roof issues. Let me repeat, even though the roof was under a warranty with a different company, they offered, and I agreed to just have them do the minor shingle and chimney repairs. That’s how much they impressed me. I recommend this company to everyone!

It was time to replace our roof and Kam roofing was referred to us through a friend. We got a few estimates including one from Leighann Hirsch from Kam Roofing. Leighann was very thorough and answered all our questions. Kam's cost estimate was somewhere in the middle, but we opted to use them because of the strong recommendation. We are glad we did. We had pool and photovoltaic solar panels on the roof. Unlike the others, Kam's estimate included the removal and reinstall of the panels, and although they used Solar Solutions for the job, they assumed responsibility for the work and the warranty. Our production manager, Brian Schwerdtfeger, communicated with us on key dates and provided updates regularly. He was very responsive. And Hilton supervised the project and reviewed the work during and after the install. We were very happy with the work and will recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

The KAM roofing team and owner Kyle Mishler are the most professional, honest, and detail oriented group/ company I have ever dealt with. The replacement of my entire barrel tile roof was an extensive project. I was kept apprised every step of the way. The communication and follow up was excellent throughout. The various teams were polite, respectful, and extremely hardworking. The cleanup of debris and nails was impeccable. Every question or issue I raised was answered and/or addressed and taken care of asap. Seriously, Kyle went above and beyond on several issues and furthermore provided excellent references for related work, which he arranged AND followed up on their work! Leighann did the estimate for my new roof. She was on time and very professional, pointing out different things that could be changed and some things that were done incorrectly on my previous roof. She suggested the roofing color, Summer Harvest by Owens Corning, which I went with. (my original roof was white). The crew was here and delivered all the material in one day, and it was installed and completed the next day, and all packaging materials was cleaned up before they left. If a roof can be considered gorgeous, mine new roof is just that. Absolutely gorgeous. The multicolored shingles really stand out. I would definitely recommend KAM ROOFING SERVICES to anyone looking to replace their roof. Update: When the trailer, loaded with old roofing materials, was pulled out of my back yard along the alley, one of the tires actually sunk and opened up a big hole in the ground. Unknown to me, there was an old, out of commission, septic tank that is now exposed. I called the City and they didn't want anything to do with filling the hole. Thankfully, Kam Roofing Services' Production Manager, Brian Schwerdtfeger, said he would have it taken care of sometime this week. What a great company!Final update: This roofing company is the best! They not only filled in the hole from the old septic tank, but they also topped it off with new sod!

The last roof placed on my home was a nightmare and in the end the rood did not last as long as is should have. I was hesitant to search for another but I found one that I would highly recommend. KAM Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Michelle & Jesus were very professional and explained everything in detail. The job was done in one day on a Friday and Jesus came back on Saturday to check and see if everything was satisfactory. I told him the garage was a disaster and he said if he had known there was no ceiling he would have covered the things in the garage to reduce the clean up. I got so many quotes from other companies but they were all quoting the same product, promising the same amount of extra wood, and KAM beat out the other companies by over $1000. Everyone was very easy to work with and communicate with. The supplies all came the day before and the work was completed the very next day all in one day. My new Midnight Plum roof looks awesome with my white/purple house, and I highly recommend KAM for your new roof.
