Sanders & Sons Roofing just finished our roof. The company offers excellent pricing for the job. But, more importantly, the work quality is top rate! The owner, Joey, himself oversees the job from beginning to end. Customer satisfaction and quality is important to the company and it shows. Three of our neighbors got their roofs done in our subdivision, and, after seeing our roof, they all complemented how beautiful our roof looks!We are beyond thrilled with the product Sanders & Sons Roofing provided us. Had a very positive experience from beginning to the end. No "hidden" fees, etc. Everyone was professional and courteous. Cleaned up well at the end of the work day. VERY reasonable prices. Multiple homes in my neighbor hood used them and very happy, so I hired them as well. This is the second time that I used Joey and his father, Alex, to replace a roof. Their workmen are courteous, efficient and very hard workers. I liked how they protected my yard with tarps and the AC with a board to protect them from debris/nails. I scheduled the date and they came through exactly when I needed the roof which was essential for my insurance. Better yet, I accidentally gave Joey too much money and he immediately returned the overage. This is an honest family-run business who will provide you with a high quality roof. Why go anywhere else? We just had a new roof put on by Sanders and Son and are very happy with the results. They included repairs in the quote they gave us, which turned out to be the replacement of several boards. Its been a year I think, and no issues . We just went through hurricane IAN and the roof had no damage and held up great. Highly recommend them. Sander and sons replaced my roof in July. There were many rain days which made scheduling and start times difficult but they went out of their way to get the job done. Everything was done professionally and permitted and inspected. It was completed on time with very little direction if any from me. My only complaint would be a language barrier with some of their crew, and it was addressed. I'm extremely pleased with the job they did replacing the old pebble roof with TPO membrane (it's a low slope roof). The owner, Alex, did the initial inspection and paid a follow-up visit while the crew was working. His son, Joey, coordinated everything and was very easy to work with. The crew did a fantastic job applying the new surface. The price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. I highly recommend this company!

To be clear, I didn't hire this company. But I did contact them as they did replace my roof last year prior to me purchasing my home, and signs of leaks have begun. But they DID honor their warranty. They sent two guys out promptly to fix my roof at no cost to me. It took a couple of texts/phone calls and a letter (hence 4 out of 5), but they DID respond and did stand behind their work in the end. Based upon this experience, I would recommend this company as one that stands behind their work (I cannot speak to the quotation and evaluation stages of hiring them). To them directly: thanks for taking care of your customers!

We worked with the Sander and Sons team to replace 5 roofs that are part of a family owned rental property. Their communication, timeliness and professional work was fantastic. The roofs look great. It is rare to find a firm that stands behind its work and has a passion for their craft. It shows in every shingle! Having done countless rehab projects, I wish I could find this caliber of professionalism for all other my projects!

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Alex, the owner of Sander and Sons,for his honesty and professionalism during his visit today. We called him to check out our roof which we were told needed a repair after damage from hurricane Irma. Even though he said he did not do repairs on older roofs-he took the time and effort to go on to a second level roof and checked it out. To our relief he said there was no problem with the roof and even took pictures to show us. They replaced our roof a couple years ago. They did a great job. They did it quickly and for a good price. I discovered a small water leak in an interior wall while renovating a bathroom. I called and they came out the next day. The leak was not related to the roof, but he sealed it up at no cost. This is an honest father and son business.

One of the best experiences I had with a roofer. I called many and left messages with no return call back. When I call this business they answered the phone immediately and came to my house within minutes and gave me a quote to repair my ridge vent. The crew came out the following day and placed the new vent and finished it up in the pouring down rain. 5 star in my book all day and will get my future business.

I did not use this business because they screwed up their original appointment with me and they can't seem to follow simple instructions. The person i found on my roof did not have permission to go on it, because he could not figure out how to leave a voicemail, as i asked or could not figure out that i may have been talking to someone else when he tried calling me. What an effort. Then he wants to blame me for his or the company's incompetence.I explained these concerns to Joey last week via text and conversation. He apparently did not read or respond to the text. I work out of my house & I told him that nobody goes on our roof unless i am outside and meet them.Then they want me to trust them to put on a new roof correctly, per the manufacturers specs.No, I don't think that will happen.

Probably related to general contractor's poor coordination but roof tiles put on finally, hours before hurricane approached. Always wondered about quality of job. We did complain about mudding on the edges. It was not smooth and just looked slapped on. Charged extra to have tiles placed more aesthetically pleasing over garage; then, he used chipped tiles in a few places. We had plenty of extra tiles that could have been used. In the front and center, where tiles should have matched up, there is a 2 inch difference. Totally noticable. After numerous requests, they did replace the worst of the chipped tiles but not the center uneven ones. They sanded the mudded areas to make smoother. To show how happy they were to fix their poor quality, they left cement bags, debris, and sand pile in my front yard. Dryer vent guy informed us there were chipped tiles all over the roof and in general, very messy.Would not recommend them to anyone!
