From start to finish, Strategic Roofing LLC made the process of getting a new roof very easy. The level of personalized attention is really uncommon among roofing companies. Our quote was very competitive with other quotes we received and actually came in just slightly less than the average, which we were happy with. Ginger was great at communication throughout the process. The crew was courteous and accommodating, starting at 7:00 am sharp. Our job was finished in a day and a half with no issues. Even our neighbors stopped me to say how impressed they were with our roofers. We will highly recommend Strategic Roofing in the future.

I am extremely happy with my new roof, completed by Strategic Roofing. They kept me up to date from the moment we signed an agreement until after completion. They completed it in 1 day. All the work was done professionally, and the salesman Peter Yang was on top of the project from the beginning to the end. He followed up with me several times after to make sure there were no issues as well. During the project the crew had the entire area tarped and cleaned up after. All construction materials from removal of old and installation of new were cleaned up. I am so happy I chose this company to do the work. I recommend them to everyone. I normally don't leave reviews, but I am so grateful I couldn't keep it to myself. Ginger and Brian were awesome from start to finish. They made the roof replacement process so easy and the price couldn't be beat. Ginger even helped me find a great company to handle to removal and reinstallation of my solar panels, they came in $1k cheaper than the company that originally installed the panels! If you want to save money, get amazing service and a beautiful roof don't go anywhere else.

Strategic gets a full five stars for several reasons. First off, they replaced my roof which cost so much more that we thought it would when we moved to Florida 10 years ago. The insurance company recently came out to have a look as we switched insurance companies. They gave us the full insurance discount the roof could provide because it is still in such great condition. In this day and age with climbing insurance rates, it was a blessing to have our roof still in incredible condition. That attests to their workmanship and pride they have in their work. We thought the crew worked efficiently and most importantly, they actually cleaned up after themselves. They created no damage and none of our tires popped from nails laying around which is what we experienced in the past. Also, Strategic Roofing has been very helpful in overcoming some major obstacles that another roofing company caused in a local association where some friends live. Strategic Roofing did a great job at replacing our roof! Kenny was a pleasure to work with. We were out of the country for several months, but needed it replaced for insurance purposes. Kenny was extremely responsive by phone & text through the whole process. He sent plenty of pictures during & after, so we could pass them on to our insurer. The price was reasonable too.
