Another great ASP project completed with the installation of an ASP gutter system at our Miami Beach home. Project manager and coordinator for our project with ASP was Mr. Jose Duenas. Jose took care of us from start to finish. Initially Jose came out to our home and did a walk around our property and we discussed in details what we needed for our home gutter project. He shared with us his insight as to the best location for our storm water downspouts to protect our property as well to add to the aesthetic of our home. Jose arrived with his work crew and was involved in every step of our gutter systems installation. He arrived early every morning and oversaw the creation of each gutter section. Once all the canals were complete he installed each always making sure that each one was leveled and fit tightly in place. Jose also came and installed all the canal leaf covers because we chose to have the system which would keep out the leaf litter which comes off of our many fruit trees. Lastly , we added two drain chains to complete the new look of our gutter system. We are very happy with how our new gutter system has changed the look of our home. We are thankful to Jose for his professionalism and the genuine care he showed us in the great work product we received from his services through ASP Superhomes. We are very happy with the results and know that we have received good value for our money spent with ASP.

ASP gave us a taste of Key West on Miami Beach. We vacation on occasion in Key West and have always been fascinated with the wisdom of a Key West style metal roof ,especially in South Florida. Recently we completed the installation of a new metal roof by ASP on our Miami Beach home. We visited the ASP showroom and met salesperson Ivan Colina who presented to us the different available styles and selections. He answered all our questions. He was a great help throughout the early part of the showroom process and was always available and responsive to our questions. Next we were shepherded by office staff Alexa and Yoselyn which kept us updated and appraised about the permitting and inspection processes as the roof work demolition and installation phases would commence and adjust in their scheduling. Lastly, ASP’s project manager Enner , was constantly available on site to answer any questions we had, as well as to guarantee that areas of concern we had with roof issues were answered to our satisfaction. We approached him with a concern we had about older roof issues, and he was sure to communicate with his team regarding what we wanted to be done. The older issues were repaired. And our roof turned out great. We were satisfied and very happy with the work which was done. We are so happy with the work completed that we have also sought ASP for our gutters and future window treatments. My recommendation is for all your residential needs go with ASP, you’ll be satisfied knowing you have received good value added to your home.

We quoted around 10 different companies as we wanted to change all the windows of our house. We chose ASP as they provided the best quality for the value, we tested all product lines at their show room and they had the best reviews!They shared the project would start in 6 month, and they delivered on the promise!Their installation team is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful! I mean I had heard horror stories about impact window installers and Yos Jenny was just so professional and we did not even feel like there was any work done while they ripped 3 windows off and installed them.If you are looking for a great and stress free experience installing windows please use ASP super home!!!!

Everyone in their team is amazing and attentive.I got to work with Ivan to coordinate the estimate and signing the contract and Nati is the one explaining every work done for me.They did install it quick and clean it very clean after they done which is I really like about. After all, Armando is the supervisor come by and help me with the way to use and warranty for all of my windows and doors. It is my pleasure to write a review for ASP. From the first call that I made to the company to ask for an estimate to the final walk through of the job it was a absolute pleasure to work with everyone. The salesman Ulises was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the windows and doors we were interested in. He took his time explaining and answering all our questions. He returned with the team that takes measurements and again all were very thorough. When it came time for installation all communication from the office coordinator, Tammy to everyone in between it was outstanding how they all coordinated and followed up with each other.Installation team - Ruben Gonzalez, Robersi Pedrosa and Lazaro (door installer) were meticulous with their work everyday. Their supervisor Armando Marin is fantastic. His relationship with his team and the work they do together is far and beyond anything I’ve have ever seen in a company. I can’t say enough about how extremely satisfied I am with their work and professionalism throughout the entire project from start to finish.

If you are looking to install impact windows and doors don’t look any further than ASP Superhome! From the first phone call with Tammy to coordinate the estimate to Sergio explaining everything in detail during the contract signing, everyone was very attentive and amazing to work with. Team Danny installed my impact windows and doors quickly and with minimal disruption and I’m extremely happy with the job. Lastly, Armando the supervisor passed by after the job was done to make sure we were happy with the job and to further explain the details such as warranty and how to fully secure the doors and windows in case of a hurricane. I will definitely contact ASP SuperHome in the future for my impact needs. Great team!!!

Over a year ago I had ASP do the installation of high impact windows on the second floor of our house. Prior to that, we had Lowes install the impact windows and doors on our first floor and it was an awful and terrible experience on every front. Given that awful experience with Lowes, we decided to have ASP do the job on the remaining impact windows on our second floor. We were extremely pleased with the overall job and the constant follow up during the whole process. Given that great experience with the window installation, late last year, we proceeded to contact ASP for a full roof replacement. Again we had an overall excellent experience with the roof installation. They make sure they follow up on any detail that the customer might identify, no hesitation to get is resolved within a short time frame. The the owner of the company, Jonathan, is hands on and always accessible and reachable if needed. I have recommended ASP to our neighbors and would highly recommend them to any future prospect or client

I met with Luis their sales rep. I found him very honest and knowledgeable. ASP took care of replacing my tile roof as well as my flat roof. The demolition and the install crew both did a great job. The girls Alexa and JJ at the office kept me informed from beginning to end. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. You Get What You Pay For!First let me start out by saying that we did not get a discount for this review. I’m in sales and deal with multiple construction trades. My wife and I have heard war stories about contractors so we interviewed/priced multiple window companies. When it came time to decide which company to use, we based our decision from 3 categories in no order. Knowledge of product and industry reviews, price, company research from reviews, word of mouth, and how we felt about our interaction with the salesperson and staff. When the salesperson from ASP came to the house, we started talking about what product would best suite our needs. This is the point where you can tell if someone is just trying to sell you something or if they care about the customer. The salesperson from ASP was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through the pros and cons for each product that we were considering. After we made our choice and decided on the product, he measured everything and said he would get back to us shortly with his proposal (we have some irregular windows). True to his word he gave us the proposal when he said he would (this is big in my world). We received the other quotes from the other interviews and sat down and put or pros and cons list together for each company. On price ASP was not the lowest (they were not the highest either, more in middle), on product they were at the top in longevity, reliability, construction, and industry product reviews. On feel ASP seem to be the most knowledgeable, the staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to help and answer any of our questions. There was no high-pressure sales game or used car sales tactics at play. They know that their product is very good, so they don’t need to do that. They educate you tell you to do your homework and let you draw your own conclusions. We placed our order, and the materials came in when they said it would and they were all over the permit and building dept paperwork. The installation was scheduled, they arrived, and started. The product fit as it was supposed to, looked great, and the install was very professional. We gave the final payment and shortly after we realized that there was an issue with one piece of glass (a faint spot in it). ASP scheduled a day to look at the issue, went back to the glass manufacture and took care of it (I was really impressed with them now). Not only was the job done, they were paid in full and still handled the issue professionally, timely, and to our satisfaction. This is a company that stands behind their product, installation, and their warranty. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever move into another home that needs windows and doors. Now that the project is completed, I feel very happy with the price we paid vs the quality of the product and installation (we won). They’re a great company, check them out and you’ll see!

Our experience with ASP was amazing from start to finish. Daniel our sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient with us in our search for the right impact windows and doors. He answered all our messages and questions even while he was on it of town. Although we waited a few months for our products it was worth it! We were also so happy withOur installation team Danny and father. They were polite, fast working and their attention to detail is unmatched. They made sure we were happy with everything and they were so clean throughout the entire install. The supervisor Armando was also great, very friendly and came to check and do quality control a couple of times. I had Jeff Lundy from Texas recommend this contractor and it turned out to be a winner. The owner, Jonathan Rodriguez, personally met with me and besides giving me a quote he also shared windows installation information and items they normally include. After having received 4 additional quotes and being lied to by these contractors I promptly decided to use ASP as the company to provide and install all my impact rated windows. Jonathan came across as an honest, professional and knowledgeable person as well as being patient and displaying a great personality. He personally guaranteed all his words and even gave me his personal cell number to call him if I had any problems. The job was completed flawlessly and the crew (that are part of his co) could not be any nicer and patient because I was behind them on each window observing the installation and asking a thousand questions. They replaced the buck on EVERY WINDOW and even added cement to repair original house construction defects and bad original window installation. UNBELIEVABLE! I have a good measuring stick because my next door neighbor and another up the street also had windows installed and this was not done in theirs and one had additional cost added to change a rotted buck.During before and after I had continuous communication with an assigned project manager that took care of all my needs and always answered my call promptly or returned same day. I was never in the dark.Finally at the end I was pleasantly surprised by Jonathan who came to see the installation and see if I had any problem or complaint, which I didn't, on the contrary I only had praise for the install crew he sent me.If you need windows this is the company to use. They have a large beautiful showroom (in an actual building not a rented garage) where you can test all windows and doors personally and have all your questions answered. This is huge! And none of the others had it. Plus you can meet the owner. They are located in Doral, Florida.

We reached out to Asp using Ygrene. Our Sales rep is David and he did an awesome job explaining all products and the process. We had tons of questions and we did a lot of modifying to fit our budget. Our project took some time to start because of the municipality I live but once that was all taken care of everything was good. The communication was great the coordinators JJ for my roof and Alexa for my gutters. My supervisor Erick for the roof was amazing we had several rain delays on this project which is normal. The roofers was fast and neat while working. You have to have patience as this was a first for me and the overall completion time was 3-4weeks total. I would definitely recommend using Asp for your roofing and gutters.The gutters wow those guys came and was prepared provided some recommendations. The noise was a min and no mess to clean up.

Recently had my roof replaced by ASP. The sales process with Andy was easy and informative. I initially thought I wanted a metal roof, which is much more expensive versus traditional asphalt, Andy talked me through the pros and cons of both options and never once pressured me. Ultimately I decided against metal because of the age of my home and the high chance there would be roof imperfections that would be very obvious with metal panels.The permit process was a little slow, but that is primarily related to the city, not ASP.The tear out was great, fast, efficient and clean and the team had the roof covered with the underlayment the same day. There was some decking repair needed and they did a great job with that! I have a 60 year old house so decking repairs were fully anticipated be me.The roof turned out amazing, very pleased! ASP roofing has been amazing to work with. I found them from their commercial and in a home improvement flyer. From the start, every step was made easy and any questions answered quickly about having my metal tile roof installed. They were detailed in the various options available for me to make my best roofing choice. During a delay in permitting by the town (Town Hall relocated), ASP kept me updated regularly on the progress that was being made. Once work commenced their crew was excellent.
