I’ve been working with Andrew the past 13 months, regarding our roof replacement after Ian. Maybe it’s the sales person, but, also it has to be the people that support him, also, the ones that worked with my insurance company.. Andrew always called me back or texted when I had a question or concern. Having to wait all these months for product we now have the new roof, beautiful! The crew, worked hard and was meticulous when cleaning up and no damage. I went with GSD Construction Services LLC, because of Andrew and I think I went with the best team I could have. Andrew Palmer of GSD Construction has assembled an all star experienced TEAM of roofing professionals.From the tear off/dry out guys to the Rock Star installers, everything was seamless.My neighbors even complemented that other contractors in our community performing similar services were not up to the standards of GSD and left their property a bit of a mess.They were very efficient and worked together well.My property was left just as it was when they started. The main Forman was Heber Ponz. He possessed excellent skills in explaining the roofing process.GSD is not immune from supply shortages however, when they were able to assemble all of the material, they got it done right with almost no inconvenience.Even the County roof inspector stated that it was done right.GSD Construction has one of my highest recommendations.

They also met with the adjuster to answer any questions and make sure our claim was approved We got a Decra metal roof and are very pleased. After Hurricane Ian, one of our neighbors took a job with GSD in the hopes of obtaining a reliable roofer for park meadows. After we waited for permits, GSD pulled out of the area. We lost a lot of time to this which caused further damage to the home and stress to ourselves as well as our neighbors. It was a very unfortunate experience.

When in the process we informed Austin that our roof had begun to leak he immediately had his crew out to remove the old one and had a new one dried in in one day. Amazing efficiency. Incredibly well executed project despite material delays and insurance claim confusion. Andrew took full responsibility for every detail. Barbara Hulteen and I are very pleased with the whole re-roofing job done by Andrew and GSD Roofing on our home in Saturnia Lakes, Naples.Andrew scheduled the insurance company inspector and the claim was submitted by GSD and processed.We received a check from our homeowners insurance company within two weeks. The materials showed up EARLIER than scheduled.The installation crew came immediately afterward and completed the whole job in (stripping off the old tiles and installing the new underlayment and barrel tiles) in just TWO DAYS!
