My wife and I had extensive water damage in our home so we looked on the internet for a remodeling company. We came across several BUT Tella seemed to have what we needed at a price we could afford. Our insurance company refused to pay so everything had to come "out of our pocket." Omer sat down with us and had a great presentation prepared. He also went to the supply houses with us and together we bought what we needed. He was honest and actually interested in our dilemma. Everything was done and exceeded our expectations. After 3 weeks, everything was completed. Omer was with us and available for questions throughout the process ; We highly recommend Tella and Omer. You will not be disappointed.

Great at getting work done fast but leaves everything dirty, doesn’t pick up pile of garbage when needed to. Also installed our new toilet in the bathroom incorrectly now doesn’t flush properly and there is air in there. Worker came out and said they needed to declog from the roof and charge us additional $400. Honestly felt we didn’t get a good deal and also they left the entire shower stall stained and scratched. Budget went over and was told that we needed to pay additional. Feel they wanted to rush the job because of prior jobs in work.

I'm so grateful with Tella Builders, and especially with Omer the project manager. A few months ago, I called Tella Builders to get an estimate cost on a kitchen renovation and two bathrooms for my house. Days after, Omer came to my home to see my project and to provide me with a free quote. Omer was very polite and professional and I liked his ideas. After a few companies that provided estimates, I decided to go with Omer and Tella Builders. Omer also help with shopping for materials by directing us where to go and what to ask for, very professional.I'm pleased with the results. I love my new kitchen and bathroom!Highly recommend their service loyalty and reliability

I had solicited quite a few quotes to build a composite deck and fence for my home. Tella Builders provided me with a very reasonable quote which was 30% less than the other quotes i received. I admit I was concerned the quality was not going to be there. Omer and his crew were professional, on time and the quality of work was outstanding. My job was very small in scale compared to others they had going on at the time, but I was never put off. I would use them again anytime!Service: Install flooring

This is the worst experience ever. We hired this company to redo our master bath to prepare for our senior years. At first they seem to be listening, getting the appropriate measurements for shower head height, seat width and height, sill width and height. These were our must haves for the remodel.He gave us the square footage for the tile purchase, it was wrong. It was less than what we calculated. We purchased what we thought was right, 4 extra boxes of tile, and they used every one. When the wall tiles were up, about 3 inches on top did not have a wall behind it! Kevin said no problem it will be perfect when it’s done, my concern was why would you put up tile where there’s no wall. The shower head was way taller than we asked, by a foot. The shower floor was not level, there was standing water. Spoke with Kevin and he asked for payment of the “installed tile”, which would be 15% more making our total 95% of the total price, and we said no, fix the problem first. Instead of removing the entire floor like they said to fix the pitch, they only removed half. Leaving the shower still not draining properly and the tile not matching. He asked for the payment again. We told Kevin we were done with him and will only speak to the owner. Ben called wanting the payment, threatening to place a lien, and for us to hold the last 5 % or 700.00 of the final payment until the repairs are completed. We said no, (they would never come back for 700.00) there will be no payment until the tile is addressed. He asked if he could come to the house to look at the shower, we agreed. He still insisted he needed the 15% payment to repair the shower because in the contract it say’s 15% upon completion of tile install, whether it’s right or not. Then when they do the final walk through they address the problems and come back to make repairs. He insisted on taking pictures (so he can say he finished the project …) we said no. He started to become angry, so we said thank you for coming but please just leave now. He refused to leave, yelling for us to pay him his money, we had to threaten to call the police due to his alarming behavior. We found the shower drain requires the drain to be moved closer to the center or about 10 - 12” away from the wall to allow for proper drainage as well as the pitch in the floor fixed. The drain was never moved from the former tub location. To say the least this is not over but we can’t allow a third time to get the job done right. And there’s so much more.
