Kinsall and sons are amazing. After many quotes we chose them because they were the best after checking out many reviews that were all five stars. Also, they were the best quote. They are very trustworthy, very efficient and their workmanship is second to none they picked up after their self every single day, and my neighbors made a point to tell me they had never seen that. I get compliments all the time on my home and before it was like my home was invisible, I’m so proud of my home now that my roof has been redone. It is absolutely beautiful. Teresa even went out of her way to make sure that my roof color was a complementary color to my home and it is absolutely beautiful thank you Kinsall and sons for all your hard work I greatly appreciate it , I would tell anybody and everybody that Kinsall and sons roofing is the best roofing company in all of Northeast Florida actually all of Florida thank you again.

I'm sure the work they do is great, but professionalism has been slim. HOA hired them to replace the roof on our condos/townhouses and left us flyers that they'd be working from 7AM-7PM. Not only were they showing up relatively early, but they got here even earlier to start banging and ripping the roof off around 630AM. To boot they worked both of the two days the HOA said they would until about 830 into the evening. I understand the need to get the job done but there is a schedule that was presented to us and wasn't adhered by. Plus, you know everyone has children/nightly routines.The mess is astounding and expected but they seem to not have any regard for where it falls. While they put tarps down on our patio to catch shingles and nails - which had about a 40% success rate - making sure the rest of the trash from the roof made it to the trailer 10 ft over was apparently a task.They still have 3 other buildings to complete here in our neighborhood and while I think they may be done with our building since they are working on another building across the way; they have not cleaned the trash off of the roof (blowing off of the roof into patios and surrounding areas), the trash in front of the building, removed their tools, the extension cords still draped off of buildings and through patios - which broke several things on my patio due to clumsiness. It just seems like the wrong way to do things, I wouldn't start another project myself without completing and cleaning up the one before it.It's been a less than enjoyable experience either by their own doing or beyond terrible communication between the HOA and prop mgmt company.

After getting estimates from numerous companies for a repair to the roof over our covered patio, we were recommended to Kinney from one of our neighbors. We could not be happier with the recommendation. After we had damage due to hurricane Irma We had a problem getting a roofer. My neighbor had said someone that they knew was coming out. They did an estimate on our home. Theresa even helped with the insurance company. We had the work done and was very happy with the workers very neat and clean. The quality of work is second to none. Everything was cleaned up every day. Very Happy with the job overall. With the temps going way down we have noticed our heater is not running as much and home feels warmer. Its now January Irma hit in September the home that had the worst damage they are still waiting for the guy to do the work. That's what you get when you go cheaper. Thank you guys..
