After looking at various options, we are so happy we went with SER (Southeast Roofing & Contracting) Jose is very professional, he was always ensuring that everything went as planned, and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. He always kept us informed on what they were working on. Jose and his son always passed by to check in on the work being done. The area was kept clean around the house, and everyone on the team cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for a roofing company, I highly recommend this one. I was looking for a Roofing Company to give me an honest detailed estimate at a fair price with good quality work and not a pushy salesman. After being given the contact number for Patrick Moore by a person in our church that had his roof just done by S.E.R. I called Mr. Moore.Mr Moore was very professional, knowledgeable and explanatory of the whole process. I hired S.E.R. to complete my re-roof and very happy with the work done and being kept informed during the whole process. Also I was happy with the timely manner in which the work order was processed and completed. Mr Moore knows Roofs and I thank Josh the foreman , Julio and the crew from S.E.R. for a great job.
