Killebrew inc. has been putting in new waterlines in my development. I would l like to thank them for a job well done. The professional work that was performed by the crew led by Austin Page was outstanding and a pleasure to see. At my house they ran into some problems but no one got upset. They did their job and got it right . At all times they kept me updated and when they were done they cleaned the area up and restored it probably better than it was before they started. Thank you.

This company was working on a water main at my mom’s house for 3 days . The crew was Austin Paige’s crew. They were very professional and did great work and answered all her questions. They left our street cleaner than they found it . A GREAT JOB FROM START TO FINISH ! Thanks for going above and beyond and helping with getting Polk County to help her with her water meter !

Unwilling to take responsibility. I've been a home inspector for the last 8 years. They're doing work across the street from my house and I watched their tractor back onto my driveway and crush the corner of my driveway. Then, they put a cone on my driveway to keep it from happening again (I do like their ambition here). I have been calling their office for two months getting the run-around and never getting a response. One of their supervisors met me and pointed out the tree that's close to my driveway and the other cracks in my driveway. I showed him the difference between the old cracks (dark gray with old repairs) that had been there for years and the obviously fresh cracks from where the driveway was crushed in (seemed like an open shut case to me). He then pointed to a broken piece of concrete and said "see that root right there? (Yes, he pointed to a piece of concrete that wasn't even shaped like a root and called it... a root lol) That's your problem." Whoever the lady in the office who answered the phone was very nice tho. I'll be making more complaints until its resolved.

Horrible employees! There are big signs at the end of my road saying "no construction vehicles " and they continue to come up and down the road, They have torn up the road and made it a nightmare for the residents here, I stopped the driver who was dropping of a tractor and was told it wasn't his problem and he was going to continue to come down the road that way, They are supposed to enter off of Ernie Cauldwell, He just said nope, not going to do it,

They have been replacing the water lines in my area/ I am in and out of my sidestreet often with my work. Even with them right at that intersection yesterday, with heavy equipment tearing up the road, the work crew have been excellent in getting traffic through. Might seem a small thing but I notice and appreciate.

The company is currently doing storm water drainage repair in my neighborhood. The workers parked their personal vehicles (3 vehicles) well into my yard (at least 5 feet from outside tires). I asked the supervisor Kevin if they could move the vehicles to the retention pond 2 houses down. He was very dismissing and told me in a condescending tone that they can park wherever they want due to easement. One employee did move his car out of respect though, which I appreciated. I filed a conplaint with the county. The county rep told me they contacted the subcontractor and would have someone from Killebrew Inc call me. I have not receuved any call from Killebrew Inc. I will be actively complaining during the future county meetings. If Kevin would have moved the non-utility vehilcles 20 yards down the street on community property; I would have been happy. This company has no respect for the local property owners.Uptdate: I spoke with Chuck Eisenhauer first thing this morning who took care of my problem completely. He was extremely nice and had the vehicles moved immediately. Thank you so much Mr. Eisenhauer!

Just awful. They cut my FiOS line....blamed frontier....told me to call frontier and they would send someone right out.....frontier schedules me for tomorrow. Killebrew says "well we talked to frontier, they won't come out and flag their lines". Now it seems to me, with proper planning and businesses working together they could have done this right. So killebrew just keeps going cutting lines all over the neighborhood. Since I work from home, I pay the price of business loss and I get zero dollars for a day or two, just so killebrew can stay on their schedule and not take a hit in their pockets!! Thanks so much killebrew......how professional of you.

Delay after delay left my driveway ripped to shreds. Contractor has continuously given empty promises and excuses. Terrible.
