Living without a kitchen is a horrible experience. We had a sink leak. The cabinets and walls were soaked. Sean came in after another mitigation company dried our home out. We didn't understand the process, but Sean did a great job at explaining the process. He kept us in the loop. I am thankful to Paul Davis for my new kitchen. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Paul Davis for any repair/loss needs. We had a water break which flooded our kitchen & dining room. Steve and his team (Lee & Manny) were phenomenal from start to finish with the water mitigation and mold removal! They arrived within an hour and started work immediately. Throughout the process Steve was excellent at communicating when they would be here (and working around our family schedule), advising of any additional concerns that popped up along the way, and what next step to expect. During the process, the team was clean, efficient and answer all questions without rushing us or making us feel like a bother. We have chosen to continue working with this company for the repair/construction work as well. So far into that process, Sean has again answered all questions and listened & addressed all our concerns. We had a different company come out previously where our concerns were brushed off, not acknowledged and not mentioned in their estimate. If I could give Paul Davis more than 5 stars, I would!! Trust them with all your home needs, they treat you like family!!

I'm so thankful that I met Byron at the first Friday event in downtown Lakeland back in February. We were discussing my plans to remodel my kitchen, and he started giving me all of these ideas that I didn't even think of. So called him on the following Monday and we went ahead and hired Paul Davis to do our remodel, it turned out better than We could have ever imagined. It was a slow process since my fire March 8,2023 not because of Paul Davis. Trey was the first one to respond to my insurance request. Quick to get the estimate but when the engineer plans were so many mistakes and errors on his part. The plans were never gone over with me. Only when construction started they were discovered. My construction supervisor Forrest help me to get what should have been done and he makes sure that the customers home gets treated like it is his own. Forrest and his crew are the best and very hard workers. We all have become like family. My biggest complaint is since plans were not gone over with me is that I had no idea of what kind of budget I had for ceiling fans, light fixtures... which were not even discussed. I can't tell you what a Godsend Forrest and his crew helped me through my crisis. Again Forrest made sure that the quality of Workmanship was done to the highest quality. I am waiting on the money I spent in reimbursed. The reason for my rating is because of the special care I received from Forrest and his crew.

My kitchen flooded while we were on vacation and i was dreading the entire experience of trying to get it fixed, not having my kitchen with Thanksgiving coming up was... well, not the plan. I had a deadline, but was pleasantly surprised with the amount of time it took to for it to be finished. In time for Thanksgiving! 😁 the gentleman that got everything back in order was named Evan I believe. He was respectful, good at communicating and the quality of his work left my kitchen looking better than before. He worked extra hard just because he knew i wanted my kitchen back. The driver of the box truck license # HNJ L60 named "Ron" just about caused 2 accidents yesterday. He pulled out of Brooks St onto US HWY 98 South in front of a semi who had to slam on his breaks to avoid hitting him. Then he cut across 3 lanes of traffic cutting me off in the process. When approached he denied doing any wrong, refused to give me his name for the longest time, then finally gave me his name as "Ron." I did call and complain to the company, hopefully they have dash cams and will review his driving.

Wonderful experience with my project unfortunately not such a great experience with the company too many problems from the sales personnel not being able to articulate the necessary problems that we're going to be involved in the project too much time changing and rechanging my project to accommodate their needs more than my needs.But fortunately the project manager that they sent out Forest has one heck of a crew does beautiful work and actually listens to what I need he has been beside me through this whole project adjusting and readjusting in order to complete the project to the best of his ability today they are installing my new countertops and finishing the project and I am more than ecstatic with the way they have treated me and the way they have taken my needs into effect above and beyond what the normal contractor would do his subcontractors and workers or top-notch and do excellent communication-wise and is like they very much care about what they do and how they do it much love and appreciation for these people.
