Given all of the positive reviews, we had high hopes for this company. Unfortunately, after coming out and assesing our situation, Bradley never bothered to send us an estimate. He said it would be ready that day, I followed up with him 3 days later, and he said he forgot, and that was 5 days ago. Every other company that came out was able to send us estimates except for Urgent Restoration, LLC.Service: Mold inspection

URGENT RESTORATION is prompt and very knowledgeable. They work very closely with your insurance and handle everything on your end in your favor. They are very reputable and responsive. I had a complete black mold infestation in my condo due to a pipe bursting in the foundation of the building. Brad Mark and Aaron were there through the entire experience and worked closely with the insurance company to make sure that everything was mitigated correctly and the financial aspect of it was covered. This is a great company, very nice people, always on time for the repairs. They can handle most any home repair, very honest on the cost of the repairs, will keep you up to date on the progress. Messaged Restore Rabbit on Saturday morning 12/29 via Facebook and had a response within minutes. After exchanging information, I texted their lead tech Aaron a picture of the area of concern. He quickly got us set up for an appointment Monday morning 12/31. They provided an ETA as the tech was departing HQ and arrived right on time.Matt was courteous, professional, and clean-cut. The company van looked clean and well-maintained. Matt spent about an hour doing a thorough inspection. He first checked the area itself, then looked in the attic and outside for any other signs. He explained the process, tools, and techniques he was using and answered all of our questions. Ultimately he determined that there were not any immediate concerns. I really appreciated this honesty and integrity. Knock on wood we don't need restoration work done in the future, but if we do we'll definitely be using Restore Rabbit. Thank you for the excellent service.

Aaron and Matt came out on short notice for leak detection, they located the leak quickly and did a moisture detection for me as well. They were prompt, early even got the appointment at 4:30. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Their rate was very reasonable. And best of all they answered all my questions in a way I understood. I highly recommend them. Hopefully I won't need to call them again, but if I do I would definitely use them again.

We called Serv Pro and their representative told us there was nothing to worry about. I could literally smell the mold. My husband found Restoration Rabbit and these guys saved the day. They were there and working in no time. The walls and floors were wet and the damaged area was removed. After some drying time they came and cleaned it all up and now we can re-build.
