Roof look fine, gutters were not put back properly, twisted and missing pins, pins not nailed in, left a lot nails around the house. RidgeMax did come back and replaced missing pins and ran a magnet to pick up any additional nails and are returning to straighten the gutter.Service: Roof installation

This review is more or less based on the estimate sod, not the finished work.Had a gentleman come to my house on Monday to give me a quote for a roof replacement. His first comment to me is was this won't take long. I did most of the work at home really without even looking at my roof. He spent maybe a total of 10 minutes with me. Asked me if I got other quotes and I said yes and he said" well, we're all pretty much the same. Felt like he was in a hurry to get out of here and go back home. This didn't sit very well to me so I asked him before he left. Are you going to send me an estimate? He said yes. I'll email one over. I've still yet to get it. It's been 2 days later. Like I said this post is more about the estimate giving than the quality of work. I have nothing else to judge them on

I used this company because my neighbor referred me. The roofers were GREAT. In at 7 AM and out by 2:30 PM on a Saturday ( right before hurricane Idalia)! Good crew of people. They are willing to work with you. It’s been a long haul with Hurricane Ian and all home owners needing to be whole. RidgeMax did a good job on my roof replacement. I have asphalt shingle, modified bitumen, and TPO on different areas of my roof and they did them all well. Just make sure to buy a cheap rolling magnet on Amazon and go all around your yard to pick up nails after they're done. They're only about$26. They cleaned up when they were finished, but I still found quite a few nails in the yard.

We had our roof replaced early August by RidgeMax, the crew left our roof exposed during a rain storm which caused water damage to the interior of the house, during the tear off process the crew also damaged our siding, fence, gutters, and brand new A/C unit. It took the owner 9 days to come to our home to see the damage initially and then he minimized everything!!! He promised he was going to make everything right. He did have the gutters replaced after a month, and sent two guys from his company to try to clean the tar off of my house and fence but they couldn't get it to come off and it just turned parts of my house and fence yellow and the rest wouldn't come off because it is deep in gauge marks! Then he disappeared never heard from him again. I had to contact the A/C company to get my cover replaced. He has only returned one text in the last 3 months, saying he would call us the following day but he did not! The crew was drinking on our job site and urinated on my house (I have pics to prove it). His 5 star review are mostly reviews by employees of RidgeMax. BEWARE!!!Also will be filling a complaint with the BBB!!!Service: Roof installation

I cannot believe the positive reviews of this company; First after I gave him my 50% deposit they took months to get started, he just said that it was his wife's fault, that she had lost my paperwork. They replaced my roof (It didn't leak it was just old) well it didn't leak until they worked on it, afterward, it was like an indoor waterfall. I called Landen many times to only get no replies or empty promises to fix it, I finally talked to his wife, and she sent out 2 technicians who told me they could see what the problem was and would talk to Landen since it was done incorrectly and schedule a repair, but again all I got was no response. I had other roofers come out and look at it, and they all said that it was done incorrectly and causing the leaks. I have pictures, videos and statements to back up what I'm stating here. I don't know how many pounds of nails I stepped on and picked up, it was a lot. The worker who was walking around to pick them up was in a daze and just repeating cerveza. of course, there is more but I'll stop here.Service: Roof installation

Ridge max completed our re-roof in August, the roofers left our roof exposed during a rain storm and caused damage to the interior of our home. Staining in two rooms ceilings and laminate flooring warping. They also caused damage to the outside of my home to my brand new A/C unit, gutters, vinyl siding and fencing from tar and shingles being thrown off the roof putting gauges in them both. The owner took forever to come look at the damages and when he did he totally minimized everything! He said I promise I'll make everything right! He had our gutters replaced and we had to contact the A/C company to replace the cover since he never called them and we haven't heard from him in 3 months! He doesn't return texts or phone calls! He got this payment for the roof and washed his hands of us!!If i could I'd give them zero stars or negative stars!Do your research because most of their 5 star reviews are from their employees!
