Florida Roofing and Waterproofing helped me resolve a complicated roof leak that has been happening since the hurricane. The owner David answered my call and came out to provide an estimate right away. He immediately identified my problem and explained his analysis of my roof leak, backing it up with photos that he took. He got me on his schedule right away and his team came out in just two weeks time and completed the job inside of a day. He provided before, during, and after photos for my insurance claim. The crew did great work. They were courteous and kind. They worked diligently until the roof repair was complete. I would recommend David and his company to anyone who has a roof leak or needs a new roof or roof repair. Thank you.

David has a stellar character and follows through on whatever I need. Even though my roof was done after Irma, he came to check on it after Hurricane Ian years later. This was in the midst of his own home being flooded by Ian.David brings chilled water twice a day to his workers on those hot roofs. Also he does not inflate prices, and he is so punctual often stopping to check details. Other roofers have stopped to tell me what a beautiful job underneath and on top I received. I love David’s work ethic as well as his family values.

I had a leak in my (Florida) tile roof. Called a few places and these guys were the most responsive and had very fair and very competitive prices. They took care of my small job within a few days of me calling. The crew was prompt, profession and courteous. Before the fixed my leak, they took the time to show me what the builder (Lennar) did wrong; what caused the leak. They explained how they would fix it and they did. Very reasonable, very professional start to finish.Update 2 years later:I found another leak caused by the original builder (Lennar). This time it was caused by leaving a nail in a spot that let just enough water in to cause a small leak. Florida Roofing and Waterproofing came out the day I called them and had a crew there to fix it the next day - great service! They found the issue (the nail) and took care of my roof. They left my home clean and in good repair. I will turn to these guys anytime I need anything done on my roof. I highly recommend them.Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair

David called back right away and came out the next day. The price was very fair and the work solid. My only issue was it took a while to put the final cap on. Brad did come out late Saturday to finish it though. Overall a good job!

This review and rating is based solely on the price gouging that took place while Florida Roofing and Waterproofing made repairs in three areas of my roof that were leaking. There was no tile or wood, nor any material product required to make the repairs other then re sealant of the roof membrane in small areas that had separated. The repairs took less than one and a half hours, I was charged $4000 for these repairs. Sadly, there is only one person to blame; myself for accepting their estimate and giving approval. The repairs were satisfactory. But, taking advantage of a person requiring repairs does not speak well for the character and trustworthiness of Florida Roofing and Waterproofing. The repairs were made in June of 2017. Since then with some investigation I received three appraisals from reputable roofing repair companies; actual cost estimates ended up ranging from $675 to $1000 for exactly the same work.

David quoted a fair price for my valley leak, and provided it promptly. He answered my questions honestly. His two man crew showed up on time, were professional, and completed the repair with good results. I tested the repair by usiong a garden hose on the leaky area, and there were no leaks that I could detect. This repair was just done yesterday (4/8/2020), so if any leaks show up I will update this review. So far, so good.

We just purchased a retirement home in Bonita Springs and we wanted to get the roof replaced immediately. We met with 5 companies and this one gave us the best feeling all together. I didn't feel like they were in a rush to get in and get out like the other people. They gave us so many brochures and color options and they were a clean company. The people were clean, the trucks were clean and while they did the work they kept my property clean. Professional is the word I would use.

I am giving David and his team 4 stars + from the time David first gave me the quote, up to where we are now on the roof system. Still have a couple things to do yet, but the underlayment is all down and we are waiting on tile. David has been easy to deal with and has been very accomodating as far as doing what he said he would do. I would definitley recommend florida roofing for anything that pertains to your roof, from restoring, to waterproofing, to a total roof replacement! Stay local, you'll be glsd you did!!

I had a leak in our laundry room, but it turned out that no taping had been installed properly in the crawl space by the builder. So, I need someone to replace wood and a ceiling.David called me and I related the problem, and he made sure to give me the name of a good person for the job.
