I had my roof replaced and gutters added. From start to finish my service was wonderful. The sales manager Stephen Kaywell and project manager Jessica Crumlich were professionals and took their time explaining everything. They both are experienced in the industry and a pleasure to do business with. RRCA hires people who cares and are very diligent making sure the customer understands the entire process from start to finish. The entire process was amazing and professional. With any job there were some minor things but they were immediately taken care of without any hesitation or questions asked. I truly recommend this company. Great team all around from beginning to end.

Had roof replacement due to hurricane damage. Blaine and Joe from RRCA were great to work with. They handled much of the negotiation with my insurance company for the roof replacement. They followed the job through completion and ensured it was done correctly and delivered a high quality product as promised. After serious damage to my roof from Hurricane Ian, I was approached by many companies to have my roof replaced. After some serious research I choose RRCA and could not be more satisfied. Monique was just awesome over the phone, helping with all my questions. She is a true asset to the company. All the work was done on time and I was kept aware of all the progress. They took care of dealing with my insurance company, which was a blessing and they were able to get all of my damage covered. Since my first meeting with Stephen Kaywell after getting roof damage from a rare hail storm, all lines of communication were prompt and informative. After permitting, HOA approvals and ordering materials, the roof was finally replaced in less than two days and the results were great. In addition, Stephen mentioned that the company also handled solar panels through Better Earth Solar. A few weeks after the roof was done, my solar panels were installed. Again, another great job completed in a day. No complaints from me, only thanks and a job well done!

We had received major damage to our roof from hurricane Ian. RRCA was the first company to approach us and after talking with their representative we felt very comfortable with them to move forward with our repairs. Our project manager for the work was Kris Protano. Kris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the project. Kris was always available and if he didn’t have an answer to our questions he was extremely quick to get us one. RRCA did a fantastic job replacing 3 separate building roofs of Southern Breeze Condominium Association. The insurance company initially approved complete replacement on only 2 roofs and repair on the 3rd roof. Joe Caruso (RRCA Project Manager) and his assistant, Blaine Williams, inspected all three roofs and determined all 3 needed to be replaced. Joe told me RRCA will submit the insurance supplemental claim with the required documentation to the insurance company. Within a few weeks the insurance company approved replacement for the third roof. The work was done in a timely manner considering the massive workload caused by Hurricane Ian in the Cape Coral/Fort Myer's area. All the Southern Breeze Condo owners are very satisfied with the quality of the work and with the clean-up. Also, Monique Harris from customer service was very courteous and extremely helpful each time I called. The best part working with RRCA was I didn't have to haggle over the cost. RRCA worked directly with the insurance company. Our only out of pocket expense was the insurance deductible. I highly recommend RRCA for any of your roof work.

RRCA worked above and beyond for us regarding the insurance company and policy. They are very knowledgeable with the requirements and procedures concerning the home owner insurance. Jessica Crumlich personally worked a multitude of man hours to help us get our roof on. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to the very end. She also worked and negotiated, on our behalf, non stop with our home owners insurance to see that the deductible fell under the correct amount for our claim. She stayed in touch with us at all times so we were never left wondering what process was next. She's an amazing representative!RRCA team was efficient, on time, organized and clean while doing the roof. Those men did a beautiful job taking off the old roof and placing on the new roof. The process was done in just 2 days.We are so excited to share with anyone looking for a roofing project to talk with RRCA. We got 4 estimates and in the end RRCA was by far the most favorable. We were victims of Hurricane Ian and sustained substantial roof damage. After the storm, there were an abundance of unlicensed slugs and con men everywhere trying to get repair business. we finally met Jared from RRCA. He was knowledgeable about roofing, procedures and dealing with insurance companies. Most of all, he was pleasant and non confrontational. And, he represented a reputable company with credentials. We gave them the business. Due to the supply and demand, it took awhile to get materials. Jared stayed on top of it and we eventually received our new roof. There were a couple of after install hiccups but, Jared stayed with us until we were satisfied. Our home looks great with lots of neighborly compliments. Thanks to RRCA and especially, Jared, our sales rep.

Hurricane Ian damaged my tile roof sufficiently enough that a new roof was indicated. My insurance company at first said there were pre-existing problems. RRCA's two project managers, Joseph Caruso and Blaine Williams teamed up to prove that the damage should be covered by my insurance. They were 100% successful. They were able to find tiles that were a very near match to my previous tiles which were no longer manufactured. I love the appearance of the roof. I have two tubular skylights that required extra skill, which was provided. My project required new gutters and downspouts which were installed to my satisfaction. The team has been very responsive to my requests for the inevitable areas of minor concern. I, like many, am a perfectionist! I am very satisfied with the outcome. Monique Harris handles the billing office and coordinated the various payments when they were due from me. She is coordinating a Proof of Mitigation Statement so I can submit it to my insurance company. I do recommend RRCA because this work was completed and met my expectations during a very stressful time for all of us in Southwest Florida.

Stephen Kaywell he was with us every step of the way any questions or concerns we had Stephen was right there to ensure us that everything would be okay no matter the day nor time. And once we were ready to pick out the color and install our brand new roof, let's just say we are now the envy of our neighborhood. Although some folks won't admit it, I see them looking and I am like yeah!! we know it looks great!!!We have gotten tons of compliments on the color of the roof and I am so glad we went with that color scheme based off of Stephen's recommendation great choice.We couldn't be more pleased and we would definitely recommend RRCA to anyone looking for a good reputable organization.

Our new roof looks great!!!Jay Luna(supervisor) was great to work with, he was very professional, prompt and he communicated directly with me from start to finish.He brought Jason ( who was in training)over when he gave me my price quote and they both were very sincere in advising me on what type of materials that would be best for my new roof. Jay even took time to help me with choosing a color.I truly enjoyed working with him.The workers kept everything clean and the install was completed faster than I expected. UPDATE 09/06/2023My roof has a leek due to incorrect installation of flashing is what this companies rep said. RRCA just want to do quick patch up job and doesn’t want replace the rotten structural support very caused by water damage. Their idea of repair is in the pictures below. It has been almost 4 months now and all I got is excuses, refusal of my messages, no response, new reps, and run around while water is pooling inside my roof every time it rains causing more and more damage and mold.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

I no longer have the mental capacity to write a detailed description of my genuinely traumatic experience with RRCA as I once anticipated doing. They took full advantage of me and my wife when our insurance agreed to replace our roof after hurricane Ian. After months of living with a small but manageable leak in the old roof, they finally installed the new one. Within a week the new roof started leaking and caused extensive damage to multiple areas of my home -much worse than the old roof.Now it's been months of excuses and patches that have only made the leak move to other areas. They finally determined that the new roof needs to be replaced and have yet to actually begin work. Meanwhile i'm living with an active leak, continued damages that are displacing us from certain parts of our home and the fear of long term damages and mold growth to our 97 year old home. I thankfully have all communication with their employees on record and a detailed timeline of their mishandling of this situation. Tons of video and photo proof of the damages and their acknowledgment of wrongdoing as well. While it's going to make for an easier day in court, it's very unfortunate that we are dealing with this in the first place. Please do yourselves a favor and learn from our situation and stay clear of RRCA. Their customer service rep just admitted to me that i'm by no means the only one dealing with issues with them. Don't be a victim to a company who talks a big talk but cannot execute the fundamentals of their business.Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair

I live in Merritt Island, FL. I called RRCA for a roof estimate due to hail damage. Greg Madden came quickly and made me call my homeowner’s insurance to report it at the same time made me signed some papers promising that they will help me in replacing my roof. I believed him and let him guide me through this process in the beginning. My homeowners insurance approved the claim and quickly sent out a check to cover the whole roof work. My mortgage company and I signed the check and sent it to RRCA as they required to start working in your roof. This check was sent on Jan 28, 24 and cashed by RRCA on Feb. 7, 24. I try calling them since this Monday, Feb. 26, 24 because the haven’t start fixing my roof and not being able to talk to any one. This company has the most horrible customer service. Per, our contract they were supposed to start the roof replacement by today Feb. 29, 24. I still can’t get a hold of anybody. Obviously, they have breached our contract.At, this point Im afraid that I’ve being a fraud victim. I will be contacting the Department of Business and Regulations to make sure they are aware of this situation. Be careful with this company. They are absolutely a horrible company.
