We got 3 estimates for a new roof. Josh, the owner, personally came out as one of his employees was sick, to kept the scheduled appointment. We decided on Edgewater Roofing based on the integrity of Josh, the quality of the materials to be used, and a fair price. The work was completed as scheduled and on time with a very hard working crew. They also worked with us to complete the part of the roof where our dogs go out first so they could get back to their yard. We even added new gutters to the job. Everything looks awesome! Absolutely no concerns with anything. GREAT JOB!

Edgewater did both our roof and gutters. I have been in construction the past 50 years and truly this job was as good or better than any I've been involved in. They showed up for the estimate and work when promised, worked extremely hard and quickly and left no mess behind. They repaired several things I would not have seen or known about without question or additional cost. They also used quality materials throughout the job. The crew was friendly and we had zero problems.

Was testing the waters with various quotes, but Edgewater came through and was my top contender for my roof replacement.Cong was my project manager and he was on time and very nice. Cong walked me through the process and gave me several options to choose from as far as shingles, but the extras for the roof.The crew arrived and quickly began working on the roof, which only took the day to do! Cleanup was does as well within the same day, I'm glad Edgewater uses the tarps that connect to the home to drop old shingles, nails, and other debris from the roof onto. They also ran a magnet over the yard to get any loose nails. My roof looks amazing and I'm very happy with it!Service: Roof installation

We have had a wonderful experience with Edgewater Roofing. From the very beginning the relationship was a close one with Cong (our rep/manager) spending many hours going over roofing options and answering all of our questions and concerns. Deliberation was needed for the purchase and we felt no pressure in that regard. During discussions, we decided to add extra venting and remove our chimney and had expert advice guide us through that process. Survey and permits were pulled before work started which ensured a smooth start of the work.Once we agreed on a time frame and materials, work began with gusto. The crew ensured our landscaping had no debris by netting the house, they ensured our dogs had a clean walkway out of the house and they also completed the roof in under 2 days! As work progressed, we were kept updated on progress and all issues discovered with our previous roof. The crew cleaned up before leaving and we could barely tell anyone worked on the house. Further, they also helped clean our gutters... going above and beyond. I was blown away with how diligent everyone was.To sum up our experience; incredible. We had excellent communication with Cong and the crew, the job was completed in a flexible time frame and faster than we expected, cleanup was hassle free. We worked with Cong, and I can not praise the customer service enough! Insurance forced us to get a new roof with an awful time restraint. Edgewater worked with us and were able to get our roof replaced within the time frame! Cong called me daily with updates on when the materials would be delivered, when they would replace the roof, and the permit process. He made the process as painless and stress free as possible! They were absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend this company.

Cong was fantastic to do business with! A refreshing diamond in this area. It is difficult to find a contractor to answer the phone or call back around here. He not only did he call back, but he followed through on everything he said he would. He also worked with me to complete the project the way I wanted him to, not telling me, well this is how we always do it! I give Edgewater Roofing my absolute highest recommendation for anyone that needs roof installation, repair, or any other services the company renders.I requested quotes from 5 different roofing companies, and it was very apparent that Edgewater, specifically Cong, wanted to earn my business more than the rest. After conducting a thorough inspection and quote, Cong followed up with me each week to make sure I didn't have any questions or hang-ups. As I got closer to choosing a roofing company, Cong was incredibly responsive and came to the house again with numerous shingle options, and even climbed up on the roof to show how each different shingle would aesthetically fit with the rest of the house. He was very attentive to what I wanted, and was extremely reasonable when it came to setting a price point.To me, what sets Edgewater apart from the rest is that Cong sees the project through from cradle to grave. He was on the job site for the entire duration of the project, and communicated with me frequently via texting photos and phone calls to keep me informed of the project's status. When a few minor underlying issues were discovered, he informed me so that there were no surprise markups from what was quoted. I arrived from out of town as his crew was cleaning up the site at the end of the job, and when complete, you couldn't even tell a crew had been there. The Edgewater team went the extra mile, refurbishing all roof vents and replacing the siding of my discolored chimney. I even had a neighbor comment on how friendly the crew was, and that the company had left a note on their door apologizing for the noise as they worked on the project.It's clear that customer service is the top priority of Edgewater, and it shows in their quality of craftsmanship and how they treated me throughout the process. Look no further! Edgewater Roofing was fantastic. We had damage from a thunderstorm to our roof and shed. Our insurance sent out an adjuster, and we needed a new roof. I called 3 different roofing companies in the area for an estimate. Edgewater came out the next day, and our rep was Cong Dang. He was thorough and got on the roof, took measurements, and explained the whole process to us. The other company came out a few days later, and the 3rd never came out, they just based their estimate on a drone picture of our house. I decided to go with Edgewater and I'm glad I did. Cong was in constant contact with me as we waited for the permits to be pulled. Once that was complete, we had the scheduling of the delivery of supplies. Cong gave us dates and options for the delivery. He then worked with us around the Christmas and New Years holidays to schedule the actual roof replacement. He was on top of the weather, and we delayed 2 days to ensure no rain impacted the repair dates. He sent our insurance company his estimate, and actually talked with them to negotiate the final estimate. He actually set up a 3-way call with our company to help me understand the whole process. The actual repair was quick and clean. It was done in 2 days. During the work, they erected a screen net around our house and landscaping to keep debris out of our yard. He gave us samples to help pick the style and color of our shingles. The work crew was professional and polite. When it was all complete, Cong explained the final invoice, and the payment. They waited until the final Insurance check was sent and I set up final payment. it was a breeze, and they did all the work. To their credit, they gave me options, and explained the slight difference of what the Insurance would not cover and let me decide what I wanted.Edgewater is a great company, and Cong is a special rep! These guys did a great job!! I highly recommend Edgewater Roofing and will definitely be using them again if any future need arrives. After my husband and I discovered a leak in our roof, we set out on the daunting task of finding a roof company to come out for an estimate and repair the extensive damage. Edgewater roofing were incredible. They were extremely professional, came out right away to give an estimate and even fully explained what needed to be done to correct the problem. Next, we received the estimate the next day as promised, and even given a time frame of availability to complete the repair to our roof. Further exceeding my expectations, they came out to work exactly when they said they would and communicated throughout the entire process. Communication and transparency are very important to me, and Cong went above and beyond from listening and addressing my concerns with any mold and allergies, helping with documentation for submitting a claim, showing us the damage so we weren't just taking their word for it, and ensured we were happy with the quality of their work every step of the way. Iike most Floridians I’ve been dealing with insurance nightmares. Two different Ins. Co. canceled us. Edgewater knew we were in a time crunch on getting a new roof.
