We recently had our roof replaced by Roofcrafters in Odessa,Fl. I don’t usually write reviews but our experience with Dan Bowers and the entire team was outstanding! Dan’s willingness to go above and beyond to help with shingle color selection and ensuring our property was well protected was greatly appreciated. As a mom of 2 young children, ensuring our yard did not have left over debris was a top priority. Dan and Chris took extra precautions to ensure my requests were taken seriously. We absolutely love how the new roof improves the overall look of our home and have already recommended Roofcrafters to neighbors and family! So with Hurricane Ian moving into the area, our neighbors noticed a loose ceramic tile on our roof. We reached out to more than 10 roofing companies in the area to try and get it looked at before the storm and RoofCrafters was the last company we called and the only roofing company that was able to send somebody out. Jerry Rozen was scheduled to come out and assess and estimate the tile, but he assured us that our tile and other loose tiles are ok and in securely in place. Not only was RoofCrafters polite and responsive, Jerry was polite, attentive, and professional. For any future roofing needs, RoofCrafters will be first we call rather than the last on our list.

I would like to thank Dave with Roof Crafters for helping my husband and I during a scary and difficult time. I met Dave Owens the day after Hurricane Ian. Dave promised he and his crew would come to my home in the morning to "tarp" my roof. He not only arrived early the next day as promised with a convoy of workers. He gave us water and cans of gasoline for our generator. He was so kind and honest. He provided us with a great estimate and completed the job as expected and on time. The crew worked so hard in the heat. I did not hear one complaint. I witnessed clean work from a respectful crew. My thanks and appreciation to Roof Crafters, Dave and Nicole along with and all crew members. They clearly work as a team!

We had a small leak in our bathroom. We called Roof Crafters. Dan came out quickly and found our issue.He sent the quote within 3 hours and we accepted and set a time for the repair . The crew came out 2 days later and were very professional and made the repair with no mess. They even went beyond and repaired any loose shingles they noticed. Absolutely amazing experience. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen during one of the storms this week. RoofCrafters had stellar reviews so I figured I'd reach out to see if they could have someone evaluate the issue. I submit the online request that night and got a call from the scheduling office the very next morning. They were able to work around my schedule and even had availability that same day.The estimator, Jerry, was amazing. He communicated that he could arrive early and was very professional the whole time. He did a thorough evaluation on the roof and even showed me pictures of what he found so I could understand better. He sealed some areas that might have been in question and explained what I should look for down the line. He didn't try to sell me anything, which is SO incredibly appreciated. The icing on the cake was that there wasn't even a charge for the evaluation OR the small seals that he did. I'm very appreciative of the thoroughness and his honesty. I hope this review will help others in need of finding a roofing company.Hurricane Ian hit Englewood with such ferocity there was hardly a home in certain streets that was left unscathed from damage. Our home was no exception, and, because of the huge number of people searching for contractors, it was difficult to find any company that could help in a timely manner. We had no one to make a recommendation and it was a worrying time to say the least.We found Roofcrafters whilst searching the internet, and have been so pleased we did. From the moment Tom the estimator arrived the following day, things have progressed seamlessly. He provided within hours a complete computerized plan of the roof showing the different roof areas together with the exact dimensions, and communicated with us about shingle options ,costs, and alternatives. He then liaised with Randy the project manager who fixed a start date with us that was only a couple of weeks away.. The materials were brought in the day before the project was due to start and the excellent team completed the job within 2 days showing great professionalism and diligence. We had a leak in the ceiling of our garage. I called RoofCrafters and they set up an appt for the next day. They sent me a video of Jerry the job estimator so that it would be a positive experience from the start. Jerry sent me a message to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and we talked for a bit and he looked at the problem leak in the ceiling and went up on the roof to find the cause of the leak. He found the problem quickly and was able to make the repair immediately. I appreciate his professional, timely response and repair and will call RoofCrafters for any other roofing issues.
