Until the job was finished they required only 10% down, And completed the replacement in a timely manner. clean up afterwards was great no stray nails or shingles found in the yard at all. I was told my roof would be replaced by March or April but the crew of 14 + came in the middle of February! The price was competitive and the crew had my roof replaced in just 7 1/2 hours! No more worries about that leak! Thank you!

I had a leak after one of these rain storms and called Roberson. They could not come out for 3 weeks to look at it so I made the appointment. When the salesman came out to look at the repair he said they would email me an estimate for my insurance company. That was two and a half weeks ago and I have not heard a word from them. I called a week ago wanting to know where my estimate was and I did not receive a call back nor have I gotten the estimate. I called another roofing company and they came out in 2 days gave me an estimate on the spot and have been working with my insurance company to make sure I have coverage. I would not recommend Roberson to anyone

This company was recommended by a neighbor when the insurance company issued a non-renew unless we replaced our roof. Roberson rushed the job, punctured the a/c coolant line (that they repaired after several 100+ degree days), and the owner only wanted to talk to my husband. The owner also said no problem about not having our financing finalized yet (we were scheduled to close in a few days). The day before closing, Roberson had put a lien on the house so we couldn't close, Roberson wouldn't remove the lien, and the Mr. Roberson denied ever saying anything. Thank goodness the bank was professional about it. The bank said contractors do this kind of thing all the time.Service: Roof installation

Job looks good and done quickly. I ask them to watch out for my sprinkler heads and one still got broken.Did not like them blowing the debris in and down the gutter especially the gutters that go under ground.Also shaking the gutter drain hose on top they mange to rip one in half.Otherwise the job looks good.

The office team — Julie and Laurie — were very easy to work with and were very responsive. When the work began, Rick was there to get the crew started and check their work. I received 3 quotes for this project. One was twice the price as Roberson and the other was , I kid you not, 5 times the Roberson price. Rick( owner) came out to the house day of job and was polite and personable.He informed me he had personally picked the color for the roll-on roofing to match my shingle porIion which I felt was very impressive that he would take the time to do so without me requesting it . He just wanted the job to look its best ! I would recommend this company as they were prompt and obviously fair prices compared to the other companies I contacted which were both large outfits. The whole experience from the estimate with Ryan to the installation with Rick, Eric and their amazing crew was wonderful. Everyone was so professional and competent at their assigned jobs and the work went very smoothly. We have a large roof and the crew wasted no time stripping the old roof and repairing a good deal of rotted sheeting and facia. They were meticulous and thorough in their repairs and would have had the entire job done in one day had it not been for a terrific thunderstorm in the afternoon. The next day a crew came out and finished the job by 1:00 pm.There was an issue with tar on the surface of several of the shingles and they were replaced today. Professional and prompt roof installation. My only problem has been a gutter that was put back up crooked so it didn't drain properly and leaked. They did send their guys back out, but the gutter is still wrong, and a bit battered by now. Have now hired a gutter guy to come and replace the gutter.
