With the damages to roofs due to Hurricane Ian, I want to forewarn people- DO NOT USE WKL Roofing!Please save yourself disappointment, money, and heed the negative reviews; they're not exaggerating!They "completed" a metal roof on my Mother's house a couple weeks ago and the issues were rampant and still need to be addressed. The inside of my Mother's home is damaged in multiple places because of their shoddy, novice work!Now with Hurricane Ian, we see the extent of their poor quality work; water damage in our home that we have never had!The cedar ceiling inside was pristine before WKL came and messed it up!I will return with a detailed review at a later date but the pictures I'm posting will speak for themselves.In brief:Wooden patches from sawing out the roof left as-is and now water from the Hurricane has leaked through; I can literally see the light of day shining through! Now more sections of the ceiling is damaged!!They improperly placed hundreds of nails that completely penetrated through the ceiling and damaged multiple spots of ceilings across various rooms. We now have to coordinate patch work with a repairman provided by them. Many nails are still poking through the ceiling!The driver of the work truck completely destroyed a section of my Mother's chain link fence when backing out their truck!They did not inform of their accident; we only found out when we were leaving our house. Now they're saying their usual fencer is booked 3 months out but they're "working" on it.The supposedly completed work is not consistent- nails are out of place and some not even fully secured into the wood.Unprofessional workers.

They are paying past customers (me) to write 5 star reviews - I will not sell myself out. Workers have no oversight. Wrong materials provided. When sleeve over sewer vent pipe on roof did not fit, the guys started BREAKING MY CAST IRON VENT PIPE, with pieces falling down into my drain to try make the wrong part fit. Maybe roofers are all that way, but I would go elsewhere - and I am a past customer.Service: Roof installation

The salesman, office staff, workers and owner are customer friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!. Getting a new roof was a challenge to us. So our experience with this company was extrenely GREAT! Having an issue wirh your roof give them a call!

We love WKL. They did our church roof and we have been using them for 17 years. They do great work!
