We researched several roofers prior to selecting WKL. WKL has been responsive from the start. The installers showed up on time every day and did an excellent job. They worked from sun up to sun down, answered questions, replaced decking as needed, and were meticulous with the install. After each day of work they cleaned up the work site.Update:I impressed with the quality of work that I immediately after WKL completed replacing my roof on my house that I had them replace the roof on our boat house. Very pleased with WKL and highly recommend them without reservations.

I would highly recommend this roofing company. They came out and gave us a very professional, affordable quote quickly. They also were able to get the roof done on time. You always know that you're dealing with a good company. When you have a problem come up and they solve it very quickly and professionally. There was a little section of our roof that didn't get done. It was a misunderstanding when I brought it to their attention. They immediately addressed it and whenever I have roofing needs in the future I will come back to them

After two hurricanes affecting our home in Ormond Beach we called WKL the day after the first one. They had installed our shingle roof over six years ago and due to the strength of the wind, one side of the house had little damage but the other significant damage. Within a day or two WKL's crew came out and put a temporary covering on to prevent any water damage until the roof could be replaced. With the large amount of homes in the Daytona Beach area damaged, we felt fortunate they could help us so soon. After things settled down with the insurance claim and the large amount of other homes damaged we recently had the job completed. Some of the delay was in getting a special order large skylight but it did not slow down the roof replacement. We also decided to switch from shingles to metal that we should have done years ago. This required multiple visits to our home to complete the job. It included installing 42 foot panels on one of our front roof sections. We really like the professional job the company did and have had compliments from neighbors and friends on how great the house looks now. We would not hesitate to use them again and hope we don't have.

Our roof experienced a major malfunction back in November. After 4 quotes, we went with WKL Roofing. From the moment we spoke to Will until the end of the process with Dillion, this company has been nothing but courteous and respectful. There was an opening and they were able to squeeze us in. The team was fast and efficient. The yard was clean and free of nails (very important since I have a dog) and the roof was completed in 2 days. The roof itself is beautiful. Be very careful if using WKL Roofing. They abandoned my job, leaving my house in a precarious state. After 4 subsequent no call/no shows I had to find someone else to finish the job. Then, a year later with no apology or explanation, I was sent a bill for the partial work they completed. In total I spend much more then the original estimate due WKL Roofing not completing the job.

Just finished my condo roof. During the replacement they installed new skylights.During that they left pieces of Sheetrock, nails ,wood chunks tar paper and shingles to fall into my unit.Less than 24hrs before I had the inside painted top to bottom . This all happened in the stairwell . What a mess.One piece took a 1 inch chunk out of the handrail. They sent one manager to see all this and told me another manager will contact me repeated calls went unanswered third day I called again and they had no idea who I was. Then someone came to the phone and said my complaint was with the condo association and they couldn’t help me. There stall tactics worked because there all done with the roof and left me to repair there mess. Doesn’t say much for there integrity.

They did my roof in 2013 and they were wonderful. They were supposed to come after 10 years and put a coating on to uphold the guarantee. I called and a man came out and said they’d be back in a few weeks to do a little update on my carport roof. He said I didn’t need a coating. He never came back and I called the office. I could not remember his name I was treated terribly by reception. William called back and said it was him that did come out here and he would see to it soon. This was in June. It is now the end of December. The only thing I can think of is this company has different owners. If I could’ve given them -5 stars I would have.I do not like doing this. And I waited, but it’s become very obvious. They have no intention of fulfilling their promises.

We had an amazing experience with WKL Roofing. Jason (sales) met me at work to pick up the signed contract and deposit. The roof work started ahead of schedule when we sold our house sooner than expected, and the crew was professional. Our yard was cleaned of all debris each night before they left, the roof started on a Friday and was completed on Tuesday. Dillon, the supervisor, worked around my schedule and met for the final walk through, answering all questions. Jennifer and Michelle in the office were responsive and answered all questions promptly. With the damages to roofs due to Hurricane Ian, I want to forewarn people- DO NOT USE WKL Roofing!Please save yourself disappointment, money, and heed the negative reviews; they're not exaggerating!They "completed" a metal roof on my Mother's house a couple weeks ago and the issues were rampant and still need to be addressed. The inside of my Mother's home is damaged in multiple places because of their shoddy, novice work!Now with Hurricane Ian, we see the extent of their poor quality work; water damage in our home that we never had!The cedar ceiling inside was pristine before WKL came and messed it up!I will return with a detailed review at a later date but the pictures I'm posting will speak for themselves.In brief:Wooden patches from sawing out the roof left as-is and now water from the Hurricane has leaked through; I can literally see the light of day shining through! Now more sections of the ceiling is damaged!!They improperly placed hundreds of nails that completely penetrated through the ceiling and damaged multiple spots of ceilings across various rooms. We now have to coordinate patch work with a repairman provided by them. Many nails are still poking through the ceiling!The driver of the work truck completely destroyed a section of my Mother's chain link fence when backing out their truck!They did not inform of their accident; we only found out when we were leaving our house. Now they're saying their usual fencer is booked 3 months out but they're "working" on it.The supposedly completed work is not consistent- nails are out of place and some not even fully secured into the wood.Unprofessional workers.

WKL is a great company! I made some calls to a few companies and WKL responded quickly and sent Jason to our home the very next day to give us a quote. No stress sales pitch, great price for quality product. With the high demand of roofers we were looking at July for installation but we were thrilled when they called 3 weeks early and said they were ready to install. The workers were very professional and worked diligently. We were so impressed with the cleanup as well. They successfully removed all debris and nails at the end of the first day of removing our old roof! Working around bad weather, our roof was finished in two days with a quick finishing touch on the third day. The roof is beautiful and we have already had several hard rains and no leaks. Also want to give Jenny a shout out. She is a great communicator for the company. Any questions you have, she is quick to find the answer for you! *UPDATE -we had a third party inspector do a wind mitigation certification for us and he said he hasn't seen a roof score that high in over 5 months. The way they lay their underlayment, etc. is exceptional!*WKL was amazing. They do good quality work and do what they say they will do. They stick to promises. They offered upgrade options that others do not. Jon was amazing to work with. He was honest and came to us to meet and show roof tiles and was very patient with me on color, etc. I highly recommend this quality company. They have integrity and do what's right for the client.
