Really nice customer service . It takes a team to do the work they do. Special thanks and unbelievable hard working crew that put in about a 15 hour day on my house. Special thanks to the team assigned to my house; Angel, Chris and Cory supervising the job and making sure the guys had what they needed.If you have one small leak, don’t wait. I had several hidden soft spots that could have caused even more major damage and a big storm nightmare. I’m glad I did not wait.Great work to the entire team!

Quality Roofing was highly recommended by a relative here in Pensacola. He said his job was perfect and the clean-up meticulous. We gave them a call and their representative, Erik Gilmore, came over to evaluate our roof. His explanation was very detailed and the price reasonable, so we went forward with the job. They were able to start in two weeks and the roof was completed in two days. The work was outstanding and cleanup perfect, you couldn't tell they were ever there. This company is the one to use.

We had our new roof put on 3/18/2024. Chuck and his crew removed our old roof and installed the new one in one day. We needed additional plywood to complete the job. Chuck got the additional wood and the job continued seamlessly. The crew was amazing to watch. They were efficient and very fast!Chuck was informative and so pleasant to work with. If you are searching for a new roof then look no further than Quality Roofing. I called their office on Friday September 25th and talked with Katie, she said they would send an estimator out to give me a quote. Within 90 minutes Bo, the estimator called and said he would be out Monday, Bo was right on time for the appointment and gave me my estimate, super nice guy, knows roofing. The office on Monday afternoon sent me some paperwork to sign to get started and sent me a link to a portal to keep up with my job. The portal is very easy to use and has lots of information. On Thursday my portal said my shingles would be delivered the following Monday and the job would commence on Tuesday. Sure enough the shingles arrived Monday and bright and early Tuesday morning a crew of about 12-14 guys arrived and began working at 6:45 am. This crew worked together like a well oiled machine. By 4:45 pm they were finished. New roof up, old shingles hauled off and they even ran a magnet over my yard to make sure they got all the nails. So in only 11 days from my first phone call the job was complete. Everyone I talked with was super friendly and very knowledgeable and the roofing crew was fantastic. I highly, highly recommend Quality Roofing. It was an amazingly positive experience.

I had Craig Steed come out to give us a quote on the roof, he was absolutely a wonderful person and accommodating coming out on a Sunday making it happen for the customer because of my schedule. Met with the staff in the office to pick out the colors and Lisa and Ginger were awesome! So was Katie and the accounting dept Nicole. The crew came out when appointment was scheduled, and the quality manager Angel Vega was very nice and accommodating along with Toby and the workers. The workers did a fabulous job our roof looks great! Would highly recommend them. They also have a great warranty with the installation. We have received compliments on the roof and color. Wow, what a professional outfit.If I have to replace a roof again in Pensacola, I'd definitely call Quality Roofing. Our estimator, Erik, was slightly early to his appointment, walked me through the options in replacing our roof, very patiently explained what was (and wasn't) required for code upgrades, and then came back quickly with a reasonable price.Our office administrator (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) was extremely helpful in walking me through all of the options for color and style, then took extra care to make sure I was set up on the online portal. Very personable and easy to work with. Thank you!The crew arrived on schedule, worked very efficiently, respected my specific requests about which plants to cover and were done a day early. Thank you! I'll definitely call Quality Roofing again.If there is anything (very small) to improve, it might be their communication around schedule changes. Our original install date was changed due to weather (very understandable in this business), but I didn't get a text or call about it, only an impersonal email with no reason given. Given the number of emails I get every day, I was lucky to have seen it. I only found out the reason when I asked. I think a little more personal communication on this point would smooth over any inconvenience for the customer. But otherwise, this was a minor annoyance in an otherwise very smooth process.

I got 4 estimates for my roof and was highly impressed with Quality Roofing. The worked fast, efficiently, and professionally. Carl came out to my home and we went over everything. Chuck & Jimmy worked hard and communicated through out the job. I have a large roof so it was a big job. 2 days! Done! Daniel got my vents ordered and installed. Erik and Chuck took great care of my roofing needs. Erik came by and my father and I were pleased from the first meeting. Erik knew all the answers to our questions and provided quick feedback and quotes. Chuck and his crew were on time and ready to roll within a few weeks of hiring them. Thank you to QUALITY ROOFING for both of our beautiful new roofs. We were impressed from start to finish. From Beau the sales rep. to the install crew who made both our home and shop look fantastic. Jimmy and Chuck were great to work with and the team of 8 we're exceptional workers. We was dreading new roofs because we thought we would have a big mess afterwards. Nope! They were so meticulous about clean up. Maybe the wind will find something later, but nothing today. No nails, no shingle or tar paper bits, just clean. Also other roofing companies said we had to take down and purchase new gutters ($3000-8000 quoted) they put the new drip edge up and put gutters back in place. Thank you everyone. My son was in the process of being a first-time homeowner. The home insurance told him that the house he was purchasing needed a replacement of the entire roof. So, we called up a couple of roof companies. During our research, Quality Roofing has a very good review. Gave this company a call, and their office assigned me to Mr.Erick Gilmore as their estimator. Made an appointment the following day. Mr. Erick arrived earlier at our appointment time, so I will give that move their first "plus". I told Mr. Erick my son's situation, which his bank gave him just a couple of weeks before his closing date. Mr Erick said he believes that is possible. He gave my son the estimate on the spot and then he called their office to confirm. He told the staff in the office which was "Tracy" my son's situation, and asked her if she expedite the process. Because this company is very well organized and the staff is very punctual, the house that my son was trying to purchase got a new roof and he was able to meet his closing date. "Kudos" to Mr.Erick Gilmore and the office staff-Tracy!
