Working with fresh it was a great experience. I was amazed how clean it was to keep it all the time the guys were so organized, and they were taking care of the most minimal details that cover and protect the walls the doors even the traffic areas all the way to the outside of the house. was a wonderful experience I will recommend that now and I will hire it again for my next job, they did an excellent job

Beware of this company. Do not deliver what is contracted. Do not show up many days with NO honest communication from owner/project manager. Owner/project manager NEVER checks work during project. All payments due during project in timely manner resulted in incorrect measurement of counter tops. Four feet short!!!Job not finished. Job abandoned on date of completion set by Fresh. There was full, and complete access throughout project. We had done multiple remodels and updates in multiple states. This was the most horrible experience. I used this company because about 10 years ago the owner did my moms kitchen and did an amazing job. Fast forward to today quality and service is not their goal. There is no communication when it comes to delays. Guys will be there one day and not show up for a week.A floor job that was supposed to be 3-4 days ended up being a 2 month job. My floors split apart in my hallway and even came up in several spots while waiting for my floors to be done. Even after the job was “completed” my floor is splitting in the hallway in a different location . 10 years ago I would’ve recommended this company, but now I would never. The only bright side is now I know not to use them for any future projects.Service: Install flooring

A few years ago we had Fresh remodel our kitchen and it came out great, so when it was time to redo the bathrooms we called them again. The designer can seemingly read my mind and I didn't have to change one thing. Any phone calls or texts I had were quickly responded to, and the workers were prompt and courteous and were detail oriented. Family owned, and operated the designer Andrea did an incredible job. I am very pleased with the outcome of the project. They kept me within my budget (actually below) and they are not pushy, loved that! they also do all the project management; I did my homework and compared to big names in town- by far Fresh Floor was the best in quality, budget, and most important professionalism. They don't try to sell a kitchen, they give you time, they listen to your need, and they educate along the process. They did not call me, I call them, I found it very easy to do business with, and trust their crew being in my property. Top notch

Fresh Floor is a great company. I hired them to do a bathroom remodeling on one of my projects and they were amazing. They took care of every single detail of a very complex job and they finished it in record time. They spent a lot of time coordinating all aspects of the job in detail before the execution making sure nothing was missing. Wile doing the job they really organized their work in such a professional way that they could finish it in half the time promised with an amazing quality. Everything looks fantastic. Thank you Dasiel and your great team for your excellent job done. I am very pleased and I definitely recommend and will hire Fresh Floors again.

First time I have ever encountered a contractor that asks us to take measurements... Otherwise it would be $100 just to have someone go out to take measurements. That's ridiculous!! Every other contractor I've contacted for all types of jobs have gone out there free of charge.Not to mention it took them 3 days to call us back!How do they even ask someone to take their own measurements? That's absurd! I wouldn't even know where to begin. Terrible customer service at Fresh Remodel!I went to Panda Kitchen & Bath and I had no problem. They are very professional, offered to take measurements, and never asked us to pay them for measurements..My windows contractor measured all the windows.... didn't charge me...My flooring contractor... measured... never charged me...It's too bad that Fresh Remodel has poor customer service and they are letting business go like nothing... they must not care about their customers or their business...This is not the type of contractor I want working for me.Terrible customer service!

I can't speak to the quality of the job they do because we never even made it that far. When I called to ask for a quote, they scheduled me for a month out on a Saturday. They also asked for a "contractor's packet" from my HOA. My HOA is loosely organized and does not have any such packet. Despite reassurances and letters in writing as to the same, they said everything was ok and the owner would be here to give me a quote at 2:30 on a Saturday. At 2:20, after spending my whole Saturday waiting for the contractor to come and give a quote, his office person called and said he wasn't coming without a contractor's package. After telling me he had all he needed! I wasted a whole Saturday waiting for him to come give me a quote only to be cancelled on at the last minute. The customer service was horrible. Would not recommend.

Fresh Remodel is the most professional, company we have ever dealt with. Their workers were prompt, courteous, friendly, andneat. Duran, the owner was very responsive to any question we asked. Our master bath remodel was done a few days under the time projected. We LOVE our bathroom and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

The construction process was as smooth as one can expect and it was done with a lot of care and professionalism. They kept the place clean too! I would work with them again without question.

I can’t tell you if their work is good or bad. All I know is that after leaving a layout of my kitchen with them for a preliminary quote it took over a month for them to get back to me. And they still didn’t have a price for me. Just wanted to know if I was still interested. Needless to say, by then I had found another company. If an estimate takes this long, how long for the actual kitchen?!
