Used to really like this store until we purchased flooring and installation services from here. Won't make that mistake again. Only gave 2 Stars because they have great financing options. They sent us warped and broken tile, gave us wrong info about tile spacing, very little communication about delivery times, delayed our install a week due to broken tile, and when asked for money back due to all this we were told they would only talk about it after the install was complete and IF they decided to compensate we would have to sign a legal document. What store makes you sign a legal document to get a partial refund when they mess up? After we received partial compensation for the issues we tried returning unused tiles back to the store. The DM of this location only approved 50% refund since we were already compensated. So my compensation was reduced because we had too much tile and they put it in the system as a tile discount not a straight dollar amount. What a joke. Just go to Lowes

They want to charge you $140 to rent a truck because the tool rental closes at 8 and I said I’ll have it back by 9. So it’s automatically an overnight rental. Remind you the store itself closes at 10pm. How are you going to penalize someone due to the inconvenience of yall?
