Jon runs an awesome company with a great crew and great values.His communication is bar none, even including real time photo updates as the job was installed. Pricing was super competitive, and project took only 2 days, just as Jon had estimated. It’s hard to find transparency and easy access communication from the big companies these days.The crew was great too. Working hard and making no mistakes. It was a bit windy and we even had a bunch of material fly into our neighbor’s fenced yard during the demo. The crew made sure to even get into my neighbor’s yard to clean every piece.Very satisfied with the new roof! Will be recommending Steadfast Roofing to everyone I know in the area.

We had a friend recommended them and we called them. Got our estimate which we fair and decided to go with them. From the start, Ricardo was very professional keeping up updated on everything. There’s even a website where they take pictures and lets us see the work being done. It got alittle Delayed after the inspection because of unfortunate bad weather but not their fault. As soon we weather cleared up, they finished quickly and i finally had a new roof. Give them a call. They are worth it

Pros: Good materials used, expert crew that came out, were very professional, and clean. Had a minor problem with a gutter that was not draining, they came back a corrected it with minimal fuss. Cons: Lack of communication on the overcharge amount from the estimate. Overall I am pleased with the quality of their work and i would use again if needed. I would have liked to have better communication on the overcharge. Communication of the progress and problems encountered was exceptional. I would give them 4.5 stars.

If anyone is looking to have a roof replaced, please use Steadfast Roofing. I was so impressed with Jon the owner and his wife. They made this project very simple and painless. They let me know when product would arrive and when the workers would be here to start. The workers arrived on time at 7am and worked the full day and were finished by 5:PM. The workers laid tarps down all around the house and collected all the old roof and mess and rolled up when they were finished. They made sure there was no trash left behind. They arranged for the county inspector to come the very next day. I was very impressed and would recommend Steadfast Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof with no worries and hassle-free. Thank you for all your hard work.

I started the quoting process end of 2023, and decided to go with Steadfast due to quote being thorough and reasonable. The quote was comprised from a thorough inspection, in the attic and out, whereas other companys just did a square foot calculation with caveats of extras once they get in there. This thoroughness gave me confidence that my quote was all in and little to no suprises would come up later. And Steadfast pulled through on that. There was a slight change for reasons beyond their control but in terms of material and plywood, it was very close. Other companies couldn't tell me how much plywood I would need. The communication also great. Came when they said, completed the job as expected and received updates all along the way. And lastly, the roof looks great. I recommend Steadfast Roofing and will refer them to my family and friends.

I selected Steadfast for a roof repair due to their high rating of 5 stars. I scheduled a quote for the next day, during which I received an estimate to replace two skylights and fix a roof leak. I returned the signed quote via email within an hour. Subsequent communication issues arose, including difficulties in scheduling a specific time for the repairs, with an initial estimate of "sometime in the middle of next week" being provided without further clarification. Upon follow-up, there was confusion regarding receiving the signed quote, which I had emailed back immediately. They took no accountability and scheduled the repair for a Saturday now. Post-repair, it was noted that precautions to protect the interior from the debris were not taken, resulting in a considerable mess and shingle nails found within the home for days after. I've done contract work for years, and the job was very unprofessional, but this is Florida, so I am getting used to it. I would have given them 1 star, but they were reasonably priced and finished the job, which is saying a lot about these days.
