Rodolfo was true to his word. They started immediately upon receiving the permit and finished in less than 10 days. After each segment they had to wait for the building inspector to sign off otherwise they would have completed the job sooner. The crew was exceptionally clean and made sure the flowers were not damaged and the pool was kept clean of debris. Rodolfo was here every day to oversee the work. He was available 24/7 and explained in detail any questions I had. Immediately after the roof was completed he had the gutters installed. I can't say enough good things about GM Roofing. They were the lowest by far of 4 estimates and the materials come with a 30 yr warranty and labor is 10 yrs

GM recently finished a series of roof replacements for my house along with several neighbors. They did an excellent job, and the work is beautiful. The team is well organized and easy to work with. In addition to the roof, I also had them replace the skylights, which is a tricky and messy job. What a huge difference - rainstorms used to sound like a herd of buffalo racing across my roof, but now, I only can tell it’s raining if I can see the raindrops through the window. Highly recommend, especially Rodolfo as a key contact to facilitate the process.

Where do I start! Rodolfo promised and delivered everything I mean everything from GM ROOFING. Awesome company that I would recommend over and over again. GM roofing crew shows up, puts in an 6-to 7 hour day. Very meticulous workers. Cleaned the area around our house everyday after taking off the roof. Put plywood down . Rodolfo made sure we we're happy with the work every day, giving us a call. Waited for inspection did not take long at all. After inspection passed the first time , workers came back made the pieces of bright white metal stacked it up. Back the next day. Roof was complete in about 8 days. If we had a question Rodolfa ALWAYS calls back. Made several visits during those days to check work of the crew. They do pay attention to detail and are very happy to please. GM roofing also takes video of the process with a drone . Will send that to you right away for your viewing. Also when the Jobe is complete. Pretty awesome forward thinkers. Great family business. Thank you Rodolfo for such a stress free reroofing.

If you want a roofing company go for GM Roofing. Very hardly recommended. From the start with Mr. Rodolfo Arce the rep, he explained everything clear regarding the material to be use, cost and how long is gonna take. He took care of all the permits and coordinating the inspections with the county. The project started as agreed upon, the crew were really nice, they had fun installing the roof and at the end of the day they pick up all of the left overs of the materials around the property. From start to finish everything was done the way it should be: excellent, no problems. In summary, the company is an excellent choice when it comes to roofing.

Excellence! Rodolpho and the GM Roofing Team have set the bar extremely high for all other contractors. They provided me with an arial image of my roof, a dimensional plan, material examples, and clear pricing options for both steel and shingled roof. To my surprise, they provided me the best price of 3 separate companies. I actually drove by their store front in Stuart to make sure it was a real company! There are fortune 500 companies that could learn a lot from Rodolpho about communication and project management. They arrived right on time with an army of roofers, cleaned up each day, and finished the job in 3 or 4 days including the inspections. I couldn't be happier with the new roof. In July 2022 we hired GM Roofing to replace our shingle roof in The Bluffs with an aluminum roof. Rodolfo gave us a competitive price and promised to deliver quality work, on schedule. Thank you GM Roofing!After receiving several quotes, they were by far the most affordable option! They used better quality materials than some of the competitor quotes I received (competitors said they could use the same material as GM, but it would be an upgrade and would cost extra). They also had the longest warranty of the roofing companies I received quotes from!It was an easy decision choosing GM and I’m glad we did!
