Gabriel was very professional and such a great representative to work with, he made sure to answer all my questions and concerns! He explained all the details and the steps it would take to install my new metal roof. He was there through the entire process and keeping me posted step by step, as it went along. After doing my research and obtaining other quotes, when comparing to other companies, Total Roofing System's price was by far the best and fair than the rest! The company was excellent. They were very communicative and instructive throughout the whole process. The workers were outstanding very polite. The site was cleaned up every day. We did have an issue with getting flat tires in two vehicles however, the company amended for that completely without any situation or hassles.Gabriel and Shakira were excellent in transmitting any issues that may have applied however, there was nothing major and the job was done within six days and it was this long only because it was the weekend. I cannot say enough for how well this company performed and the quality of the end product.I will use this company for any future roofing projects

On Christmas morning I opened a letter from our insurance company that said our 16 year roof roof was 1 year past its life expectancy. There was no inspection , we had no leaks and to us it appeared fine. We had planned to get quotes for a new roof just due to time frame and wanting a newer look at the end of 2024 for 2025 replacement. So now we had no choice. I had 45 days to replace a roof that looked fine and was leak free or we would be dropped from our homeowners insurance.I wanted 5 qoutes. I wanted qoute on shingles which was what was on the roof and metal. It came down to 2 companies. It was a very difficult decision because we had a very tight schedule for completion and we wanted a certain look but most important the best functioning roof for best price.Our sales person Zack was very detailed. He provided us with more details, explanations and options than any other company representative. We had a budget and did not want to exceed our budget. Zack was realistic and accurate in our expectations and our budget. We opted for a 1.5 standing seam galvalume with mechanical seam. We addressed poor attic ventilation by adding ridge vents where the roof never had any vents previously.The office staff communicated every step with me often multiple times a day. Crews always showed up on time and worked full days. With permitting approved my roof was finished in about 7 days. Total Roofing Systems did everything from tear off, to trash pick up daily, to underlayment application to metal roof fabrication and install. 90% of panels were fabricated on the street. It was an amazing process to watch these guys work so hard and diligently to build us a phenomenal roof. They took tremendous pride on their work and it shows by looking at my roof. Here's the best part, our new inspection labeled the roof on our policy a 35 year roof and will lower our premium significantly. Over 10 pieces of plywood were replaced so despite the roof looking ok and no leaks it really was at the end of its life. I feel like avoided a major disaster. I highly recommend calling 2 or 3 competitors and THEN CALL TOTAL ROOFING. They did more than they said they would!! The metal Roofing experts and it shows!

We were very impressed by Total Roofing. They did everything they said they’d do. From the professional handling and very fair original pricing handled by Gabriel to the knowledgeable crew that did the job, we were extremely satisfied. They run their business with high quality materials and workmanship and customer satisfaction seems to be high on their list of priorities. We compared several companies. Their bids were higher and the materials they considered “standard” were thinner gauge and of inferior quality. Total Roofing, thank you for a professional and high quality experience.

We just had our metal roof completed by Total Roofing. I have so many positive things to say about them, it would be difficult to express all of them. From the day the sales person, Antonio, came to our home, we knew that they were the company we would choose. He was transparent and very professional. I had several quotes, but we chose Total Roofing. When the roofing began, it was a class act. Every one of the team members were professional, courteous, respectful and hard working. Every step of the way, the staff at Total Roofing checked on us and made sure everything was going as expected. The owner even came out to check the roof and made some aesthetic recommendations that would make the roof look better and he then had his team execute. The customer service that this company provides is like none other. It is difficult to get half way decent customer service these days, but Total Roofing surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend them and in fact, they are now doing my son's roof. Great company.

Great reliable roofing company! From start to finish this roofing company was very professional and quick. It took exactly 14 days from start to finish (much of the delay was due to rainy days). I hired Total Roofing Systems to replace my tile roof damaged from Hurricane Ian. I had the pleasure of working with Tanya and Jim who were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They answered every question I had about the process that I would be experiencing. This company kept every promise they made before starting, they were fast in getting the project started, very organized and did great work. Our Total Roofing job far exceeded expectations. Many problems were found on our old house. They fixed everything from sheeting, carpentry, and special soffit fabrication. All for a reasonable price. The city inspector who did the final check said it was one of the best jobs he’d seen.

Total Roofing System deserves 10 Stars they are so good. From start to finish the process to put on a New Galvalume Roof was perfect. Gabriel explained the roof and process and within 6 weeks we were permitted and ready to go. The roofing process continuous from one day to the next day with the proper inspections prescheduled and on time. No unscheduled delays. Our neighbors still comment on the efficient timely installation of the roof. The teams doing the tear off and installation were amazing. The roof is beautiful, quiet, and our power bill dropped. As a building professional for over 42 years I am happy to share that Total Roofing is as good as they come. I have worked with very many roofers both residential and large commercial. I am recommending you call Total roofing for a great experience. Work in the field is top-notch, efficient and clean. The management side of the business is as equally professional and on the ball when it comes to the usual construction delays, etc. In fact once we had the roof decking installed Total roofing dried-in the roof next day. You can't ask for better service.
