I don’t understand some of these poor ratings. We just had our roof replaced by Pegasus and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The entire experience from estimating to finalization of the project went extremely smooth. The entire staff from Pegasus were professional and extremely helpful. Our roof looks amazing!!!! Hands down the best roofer in Wellington!

Charisse the self proclaimed CEO, was very unprofessional. Actually had the audacity to use foul language directed at me when I called the office seeking some permitting clarification and advice on a potential project. Very disappointing because this company came well recommended here in Palm Beach.

David came out December 28th. Looked at our home, and said he would get us a quote. Sent a text message 1/11 to inquire how it was going. Never received a response. I assume it’s very busy, so I waited another week and called the office. Have called several times since then, and no one calls me back. Today was the final call with a response of “I’ll have to pass the message to David”

I chose Pegasus because they were "Johnny-on-the-spot" for my roofing project. While so many of their staff was out with COVID, Amgad always kept me updated.As soon as everyone was back in the office, they scheduled a full inspection that included walking the roof and & checking out the roof straps in the attic. They provided a quote within a day or two... followed by sample shingles and answers to every question I had.There were a lot of roofing companies who never called me back, took a week or more to give me a quote, or never even inspected the roof before giving the quote. One company didn't even include the flat part of the roof in their quote, saying they had to "inspect" it first. The inspection consisted of walking to my backyard and looking up. Then it took them a week to update their numbers.So Pegasus was the winner right off the bat because of their superior customer service.I don't know anything about roofs, so have no idea if I got the best roof or the best deal. But I didn't have to worry about a single thing during the process. The permit schedule proceeded well before the 2-3 weeks promised. The inspectors were here just hours after every step of the process that needed approval. It was super easy!The service has been absolutely wonderful. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

FIRST IMPRESSIONSWithin minutes of leaving a message one of the owners called. We had a nice conversation. She was sweet, funny and accommodating. She understood exactly what my wife and I were trying to do with an addition to our house. Pegasus was introduced to us by word of mouth from two different friends.We will be highly recommending them as we go through the process of signing a contract.

Pegasus was great! So glad I went with a construction company rather than just a roofing company, as I had a crumbling chimney and skylights that Pegasus was able to take care of. They did a Great Job - very professional and reasonable!
