Overall, the best roofing company in Albany, Ga. Lance came to measure for materials on a Monday, and by Wednesday our beautiful new roof was installed. The installers were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Anderson to my friends and family!

Had to change my review because Mr. Anderson Personally reached out to me himself and that itself shows his dedication, GREAT customer service and hard work that he puts into his business. Reminded me of my grandfather (may he continue to Rest In Peace) and that makes me happy 😊 i’m super excited about them getting started and can’t wait to see what the outcome is going to be. And the receptionist also called me back promptly had everything scheduled and she also apologized. If anyone has problems with this business I would suggest making sure Mr. Anderson and his staff is aware of your concerns because I promise you he will take care of you and make things right. If I see a bad review on this business then I know it has to be an issue with that person and not Anderson Construction because they truly are here to serve the customers.

Workers were at our home around 7ish . Did a very good job . So far we a highly satisfied with our new roof . Workers did a fantastic job cleaning up all debris. I only found a couple of nails afterwards. Owner wasn’t stressing us for payment. Which was made within a few days . I’ll elevate my rating in a few years to 5 stars . So far everything is fantastic!

Ripe Off!!!!! I called to get a quote for my roof to be replaced. I was told that I would be charged the price of what my insurance company cuts the check for. So if your roof replacement is only $6000 and the insurance company pays me $8000 then I'm assume I will TIP them $2000. It's so sad to see that when a disaster happens you have so many people that get ripped off from these companies. What's worst is it's the local companies as well. They will never put a roof on my house!!!
